1 minute later..
They made it back to the surface and Rizette gasps for air. There Astora was unconscious and Rizette started performing a procedure. As she pumped his chest, he spat out water and cough alot.
"We....are...never... going near to body of water again...." Astora said in frustration
"Hahaha! alright! Alright! Dully noted." Rizette said in joy.
"Let's go back then."
The two packed up and left the lake alone, they traveled to the Revena forest exploring and learning. As they chat and walking, a figure was watching from the trees. Astora looks around the forest and looked Rizette.
"Riz?"
"Yeah, I know.' Rizette replied in acknowledging Astora.
"Shit..."
Rizette dragged Astora away the path and to the woods. A mysterious figure followed them from the tree. It followed till it starts seeing clothes on the ground, It lead to a bush where a clothing was hanging from it and the mysterious approached it.....Then there they pulled the bush away only to see nothing.
They were baffled at the sight and quickly ducked.
*Swoosh*
There a staff nearly hits them but luckily they trusted their instincts to save them and dodge the oncoming staff. Astora didn't stop there, He quickly thrust his staff at them causing them to jump, But then Rizette jumped over Astora and aimed for their necks. The figure could only rely on their flexibility now and lowered their head now causing their hood to be stucked by Rizette's sword.
They tore off their hood before rolling away from them and pulling out a 2 daggers.
"Tsk, typical rogues..." Rizette said in an annoyed tone. Before grabbing her by the collar of her shirt. The rogue now kicked Rizette at their abdomen causing her to let go of her and try to strike her down with her daggers.
Luckily Astora came in clutch by pulling the rogue away by staff and thrusted three attacks on her body before sweeping the rogue's feet causing her to fall on the ground.
The rogue revealed to be a girl, before rolling away and throwing a dagger at Astora, Rizette saves Astora by using her forearm to shield Astora, but at cost of the dagger stabbing her. Through this, Astora wasted no time and casted a spell that binded the girl ropes before pulling her towards them.
As the girl was being pulled towards them, Rizette grabbed her mid through before slamming her in the ground and pointing her sword to the girl.
"Well, I assume this is a mugging? Or those bastards hired you.." Rizette said as she intimidate the girl.
The girl showed an angry expression and would try to raise her dagger. Rizette slashed her arm causing an open wound as well as causing the girl to drop her dagger and put pressure on the wound.
The two returned furious gazed at each other before hearing a stomach grumble now.
"Starving huh?" Astora said as he was surprised to hear the grumbling.
"Oh, well. Should've asked before I could slashed your arm.." Rizette said as she sheathe her sword.
She now knelt down to the girl and wrapped her wound with a cloth.
"Why are you doing this? After I just tried to kill both of you...." The girl said in guilt.
"Now, now, We all know we have to go through many countless of difficulties to live." Astora replied to the girl before giving her a bread "Sorry I can't use healing magic right now, The staff's been scratched during the fight, Hope you can wait till we get back to Revena Village."
"Revana Village?" The girl said in confusion.
"Hehe, would you like to come with us to Revana Village?" Rizette replied.
The girl looked at the two with sparkling eyes, The girl found herself two people to admire now.
"Yes!" The girl said.
