Neal and the butler returned without any fruition. Infact, he didn't even get a chance to look at Maria! Not even her shadow!
The butler was a whole different case, he was still in a daze upon seeing the three children. Their clan actually already had little ancestors!!! How was he to keep his lips sealed at this moment?! He was almost bursting from excitement that he couldn't keep up, his whole face was red and his eyes glossy all over.
Neal shook his head at the butler and sped back to the mansion. According to the 'eyes' he left there, the fight was still ongoing and the mansion was grazed to the ground. Luckily, it was a private property that stretched for acres upon acres of land. There's no way this would attract the attention of the humans.
Lyrand and Aaron were refusing to give up the fight seeing that the other was not backing down.
