My breath rushed out in a whoosh when David descended on me. My heart ignited, beating furiously as he took my face in his hands and opened his mouth over mine. I was gripping his jacket without even realizing it, pulling him closer, opening to meet him, desperate for him.
And he was just as desperate for me.
His breath was hot, his tongue insistent. He gripped my face as if he was afraid I'd flee. But I wasn't going anywhere. It seemed impossible that we were here, but I wasn't coming up for air until I'd finally, finally had him.
I was shaking with the anticipation of it, thrill and excitement coursing through me like electricity in my veins.
As if he heard the thought, his fingers tightened on me and something inside me broke open.
