The next day...
Steffi entered the hospital room where Bill was getting treatment. She approached her fiancé who was still unconscious since the night before. His condition was very sad with his forehead bandaged, neck supported, and an IV line in his left hand.
"Steffi," Tania greeted her, seeing Steffi coming out of the toilet.
Steffi approached Tania.
"I have to go for a while, please take care of Bill. Let me know if he wakes up," Tania requested.
"Yes, I will take care of him," Steffi replied nodding her head.
Tania left immediately with her red branded bag, while Steffi sat on a chair near the bed.
Steffi held Bill's hand, looking at his face sadly. In silence, she remembered how he always convinced her to believe that she could be happy with him, to rise from the broken heart, even to be patient with her trust issues, selfishness, and always wanting to be understood while having traumas from the past.
