The stadium was packed with thousands of spectators from all over the galaxies, eagerly anticipating the next battle in the Divine Conquest. This time, it was Helios, the Flame Wielder, against an Aerothane. The two fighters stood on opposite sides of the arena, facing each other with determined expressions.
[Description: Aerothanes are a bird-like species with feathered wings and talons for feet. They have the ability to control and manipulate wind and air currents, and are known for their speed and agility. Aerothanes are typically nomadic and live in large flocks.]
[Capabilities: Able to create and manipulate air currents and wind, as well as fly and move quickly through the air. They are also able to create strong gusts of wind and even create tornadoes.]
As the bell rang, The Aerothane took to the air, his powerful wings propelling him upwards with great speed. Helios, however, stood his ground, ready to face his opponent head-on. Suddenly, The Aerothane unleashed a powerful gust of wind towards Helios, hoping to knock him off his feet.
Helios braced himself and summoned his own flames, creating a wall of fire that absorbed the gust of wind. The Aerothane was surprised by the display of power, but quickly recovered and flew towards Helios, aiming to strike him with his sharp talons.
Helios evaded the attack and retaliated with a burst of flames that engulfed the Aerothane. The Aerothane screeched in pain as he struggled to break free from the flames, but Helios remained focused and continued his assault.
As the battle continued, Helios and the Aerothane circled each other high above the ground. The Aerothane created gusts of wind, attempting to knock Helios off balance, but Helios used his control over fire to create a barrier of flames to protect himself.
The Aerothane swooped down towards Helios, talons extended, but Helios evaded the attack with a quick burst of flame, singeing the Aerothane's feathers.
"You're quick," the Aerothane called out, "but I'm faster. You'll never catch me!"
Helios grinned, "I don't need to catch you, just stop you."
With a wave of his hand, Helios sent a burst of flames towards the Aerothane, but the bird-like creature simply flew higher into the sky, out of reach.
"You'll have to do better than that!" the Aerothane taunted.
Helios narrowed his eyes, concentrating harder. Suddenly, a powerful gust of wind blew towards the Aerothane, forcing it to lose its balance and plummet towards the ground.
The Aerothane recovered just in time, flapping its wings to steady itself. "Nice try, but I won't be defeated so easily!"
Helios chuckled, "We'll see about that."
Helios took a deep breath, feeling the intense heat emanating from his body. He knew he needed to end this battle quickly, and he had just the plan to do so.
With a focused gaze, Helios began to manipulate the air currents around him, creating a swirling vortex that pulled the Aerothane towards him. As the bird-like creature approached, Helios released a powerful burst of flames from his hands, scorching the Aerothane's feathers and causing it to falter in the air.
But Helios didn't stop there. With a quick flick of his wrist, he summoned a massive wave of water from nearby, crashing down onto the weakened Aerothane and dousing the flames. As the Aerothane struggled to regain its bearings, Helios seized the opportunity and launched a barrage of rocks and boulders at it, pummeling it with the full force of his earth manipulation.
The Aerothane fought valiantly, creating gusts of wind to counter Helios' attacks and launching sharp feathers from its wings. But it was no match for Helios' mastery of the elements. With one final surge of flame, Helios sent the Aerothane plummeting to the ground, defeated.
The crowd erupted into cheers as Helios emerged victorious, a look of determination and satisfaction on his face. He had proven himself once again, not just as a powerful combatant, but as a skilled strategist and master of the elements.

.
The council of worlds had gathered to watch the third round of the Divine Conquest between Helios and the Aerothane. The tension in the room was palpable as they waited for the battle to begin.
"Helios has proven himself to be a formidable opponent in the previous rounds," said one council member, "but this Aerothane seems to have unique abilities as well."
"Yes, the Aerothane's control over wind and air currents is quite impressive," replied another. "It will be interesting to see how Helios adapts to that."
As the battle began, the council members watched intently, noting every move and strategy used by both Helios and the Aerothane.
"Helios seems to be using his elemental powers quite effectively," observed one council member. "He's creating waves of water to disrupt the Aerothane's flight patterns."
"But the Aerothane is quick to adapt," said another. "It's creating its own gusts of wind to counter Helios' attacks."
As the battle continued, it became apparent that the match was evenly matched. Helios was using his intelligence and control over the elements to gain an advantage, but the Aerothane was equally skilled in its manipulation of air currents.
The Council of Worlds watched from their holographic screens with bated breath. They were impressed by the way Helios had adapted to the Aerothane's attacks, using his elemental control to counteract the wind currents created by the bird-like creature.
"Helios is showing remarkable control over the elements," one council member noted, "He's using the very air and water around him to his advantage."
"Yes," another member added, "And his understanding of earth and fire is equally impressive. He's a true master of all four elements."
The Aerothane, on the other hand, was struggling to keep up with Helios. Despite its ability to create and control wind currents, Helios was able to maneuver around them effortlessly, using the environment to his advantage.
"He's a cunning fighter," a council member observed, "He's not just relying on brute force. He's using his intelligence and quick thinking to outmaneuver his opponent."
As the battle came to a close, Helios emerged victorious. The Council of Worlds breathed a collective sigh of relief, impressed with the young god's performance.
"That was an impressive display," the council leader said, "Helios has proven himself to be a formidable opponent. But there are still more challenges ahead."
The council members nodded in agreement, knowing that the Divine Conquest was far from over. But for now, they were content to simply enjoy the show and watch as the gods creations battled for supremacy.
[Morpheus POV]
Morpheus stood and overlooking the arena, watching the 1v1 battle between Helios and the Aerothane. The wind stirred his hair as he observed the two combatants, each one a formidable opponent in their own right.
He could see Helios utilizing his elemental control, calling forth flames and waves of water to strike at the Aerothane, but the bird-like creature was quick to evade and counterattack with bursts of wind and air currents.
Morpheus leaned forward, his eyes fixed on the fight. "Helios is quite skilled," he muttered to himself. "But he needs to find a way to ground that Aerothane. Otherwise, it will just keep flying circles around him."
As the battle intensified, Morpheus felt his heart rate quicken. He had a vested interest in Helios's success. After all, the fate of the Divine Conquest rested on the outcome of this tournament.
"Come on, Helios," he murmured under his breath. "You can do this."
Suddenly, there was a loud boom as Helios summoned a massive rock formation from the ground, sending it hurtling towards the Aerothane. The bird tried to dodge, but it was too late. The boulder struck its wing, causing it to falter and lose altitude.
As Morpheus watched the battle between Helios and the Aerothane unfold, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and admiration for the mortal he had chosen. He had made the right decision in selecting Helios to represent Aria, for he had not only proven himself to be a capable defender but also a noble and courageous one.
Morpheus silently cheered Helios on, rooting for him as he used his elemental control to create a massive whirlwind around the Aerothane, sending it spinning out of control. But he knew that the battle was far from over, and he watched with bated breath as Helios flew towards the Aerothane, his fiery sword blazing in his hand.
"Come on, Helios, you can do this," Morpheus whispered to himself, his eyes never leaving the scene unfolding before him.
As the battle reached its climax, Morpheus could feel the tension and excitement building inside him. And when Helios emerged victorious, he couldn't help but let out a triumphant yell, his admiration for the mortal growing even stronger.
"Well done, Helios," he murmured, a smile spreading across his face. "You have done Aria proud."
As the victor was declared, Morpheus couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and relief.
The Divine Conquest would continue.
