Recognizing Eve's intention to examine the hemisphere, Pepper intuitively backed off, allowing Eve the space to investigate. Pepper patiently awaited Eve's findings, prepared to listen to her account of the hemisphere or receive it from her if needed.

After passing the hemisphere to Pepper, Eve began to scan her surroundings in search of their master, Carmilla. Despite her search, she couldn't spot Carmilla's figure nearby, nor did she detect anything within the range of their night vision skill.
With nothing else to occupy her, Eve simply sat down on the ground.
Meanwhile, Pepper, who had received the hemisphere from Eve, activated the analyze skill just as Carmilla and Eve had done before. This time, it worked without any issues, unlike her previous attempts while Carmilla or Eve held the hemisphere.
However, Pepper's experience mirrored what Carmilla and Eve had seen when they employed analyze on the hemisphere themselves.
Pepper's view of details was limited to a small amount of information like the 2, and she encountered a series of [???].
Meanwhile, Carmilla was in flight near the flat platform, maintaining a distance that prevented her from getting too close to see the details of the platform, which had already exceeded the range of her night vision skill. This explains why Eve's search for Carmilla turned up empty.
During her flight, Carmilla didn't solely circle aimlessly; she also took the opportunity to study the two terms "Quest Item" and "Soul Bound Item" by employing the analyze skill on them.

After deeming that enough time had passed for Eve and Pepper to examine the hemisphere, I made the decision to return.
After a brief period of wing flapping, the flat platform came within the range of my night vision skill, revealing Eve and Pepper seated on the ground. While Pepper held the hemisphere in her possession.
Eve and Pepper remained unaware of my presence as I was flying on the side, thus escaping their notice.
Only when I drew close enough for the sound of my wings flapping to reach them did the two of them finally become aware of my presence.
Eve and Pepper attempted to rise to their feet, but before they could do so, I landed first, reverting from my bat transformation.
The moment I touched down, I turned my gaze toward Pepper and began to speak.
Carmilla: "As I mentioned, there's nothing on it."
Upon hearing my words, Pepper appeared quite embarrassed, and she promptly handed the hemisphere back to me.
Observing Eve's composed demeanor and Pepper's embarrassed silence, I accepted the returned hemisphere and placed it back into my inventory.
Realizing that Eve and Pepper wouldn't initiate the conversation, I took the initiative to begin.
Carmilla: "Don't be too embarrassed, Pepper. We still have a cave to search, and it won't explore itself. Let's work together and search the area."

Having spoken those words, Carmilla selected a direction at random and began running toward the edge. Just before transforming into a bat, she turned around towards Eve and Pepper to convey something.
Carmilla: "By the way, make sure you're both back here after 5 minutes, even if you don't find anything. It's important to be on time. Clear?"
This time, both Eve and Pepper didn't remain silent and replied in unison.
Eve: "Clear."
Pepper: "Yeah, yeah, we'll be back here in 5 minutes, no problem."
Upon hearing their responses, Eve replied concisely, while Pepper's response was laden with sarcasm. Observing their reactions, Carmilla just rolled her eyes and transformed into a bat before taking off in flight.
After Carmilla took off, both Eve and Pepper chose separate random directions before launching into flight themselves.
It appeared that the three of them had an understanding not to head towards the exit direction immediately, possibly saving it for later exploration.
Precisely 5 minutes later, Eve arrived at the flat platform, followed closely by Pepper a few seconds after Eve's arrival. Carmilla, on the other hand, arrived 20 seconds late.
Once she landed on the flat platform and reverted from her bat transformation, Carmilla promptly inquired about what the two of them had discovered.
Carmilla: "Did the two of you find anything?"
As usual, Eve was the first to respond, followed by Pepper.
Eve: "Master, I didn't find anything in my direction."
Pepper: "In my direction, there's nothing apart from some stone spikes on the ground. How about you, Master? Did you find anything?"
Carmilla: "Just like both of you, I didn't find anything in the area where I searched. Let's head back then, considering we already have what seems to be the most important item here, I believe."
Having expressed her thoughts, Carmilla transformed into a bat and began flying towards the exit, with Eve and Pepper following suit.
