Chapter 49 - A talk with anty Lotis and Drake

A few days passed with me only leaving my shop for 4 things the first was to attack my new right arm the second was to train with Heavy and Cortana but the rest of my man this included Joker, Owl and Quin who was recovering from there surgeries from the cybernetics but they was the only group that trained under me personally and the only people who was part of my own drop unit the mecha pilot Huntress joined there ranks adopting the name of her mecha which was she-wolf or wolf for short to the moon empire all four of them was killed in the line of combat and their families if they had any would have been informed the one person who had family members was Wolf and she honestly didn't like them to much and lets leave it at that wall Ash who was a full body cyborg had joined my drop unit she along with Slay and her men who had abandoned the moon empire after they seen how poorly they had been treated and I guess when Hallow abandoning me and the other three that was the last straw and I didn't blame them just like Rick said the moon empire see the infantry as disposable ponds almost worst then the clones but I didn't treat my infantry like that nor did any of my generals I made sure all my troops are given proper equipment third thing I did was have meetings with my generals and staff leaders wall the last thing was hang out with Albedo and educate young minds this might be a war flagship but this didn't mean we didn't have children on board hell we had hole families living together on the ship where else was they supposed to go after the stone empire labeled them as traders but they had to go to school and ones they turned 10 they would be enrolled into military school where they can fully awaken there system abilities I quite enjoyed educating the next generation but it wasn't just stone empire kids that I tot new clones was with them there growth may have been augmented so they grew up very fast this didn't mean I wouldn't treat them any differently heck a few of them was clone children and sense the clones was well cloned from a Leviathan dna there children in a sense was the next generation of Leviathan I am sure a few didn't see it like that but I did they all had Leviathan blood in them and that's good enough for me so I tot them our ways. It was after one of these classes when I came back into my shop but when I walked through the door a strange sent of tea leaves interred my nose and there sitting on a couch was a tall women with dark tan skin her long wavy hair was the color of gunmetal with dark red tips she had a set of thin half square glasses she had on tight black fishnets and a short black skirt with a long sleeved red under shirt but over her shoulders was a white lab jacket this woman put down the teacup that was in her hand as she turned and looked at me her with her glowing silver cybernetics eyes she had a calm calculating expression as I walked towards her saying honestly miss Lotis it isn't very nice to enter someone's room without their permission she shrugged speaking in a cold emotionless voice I do not care I have been meaning to have a discussion with you and you have been putting it off so I came to you I side chuckling honest and straight to the point I like it but where did this furniture Come from and I looked at the two couches facing towards each other with a small long table between them she shrugged and as she picked up her tea cup she responded I printed them you didn't have anywhere for people to sit all that I seen was a rolly chair at your work away and that was it she then took a tip from her tea cup as I sat down across from here and took off my helmet that was fixed there was no longer a crack in the screen but that was the only thing I fixed on it I left the dent and the scratches from the last fight the same could be said for my armor that I had on it looked scared from the last battle sadly the integrity of my armor was compromised from the last battle so I had to start anew currently I only had my chest plate and jetpack repaired I used the old armor as the outer layer and cast but the old tech that was in it was completely gone I had started making my own nanite suit and power armor based of the Hunters suits of armor but both suits of armor was still in the testing stage Lotis lowered the tea cup in her hand as she started at me sharply with those gray glowing eyes of hers as she spoke in a angry cold resentful voice are you going to take off that damned helmet or do all of you damn Leviathan have no manners I chuckled shrugging sorry about that miss and I took off my helmet and rested it on the table in front of me I looked up to her to see she had a stunned fearful expression but I could also see interest in those eyes as she stared at my beastly humanoid face my hole lower jaw was covered in dark red and black scales as for my actual skin it was a dark black color it was almost like my skin had been covered with tar my bright Green draconic slips peering out from my black and red eyes she sides of my head was cut short wall the hair at the top of my head was cut finger length and my raven black and bright red hair was slicked back and there going up my face just missing my eye was a long white scar that still looked a little fresh I chuckled leaning back in my chair as I crossed my legs saying sorry if my appearance frightens you miss Lotis if you wish I can put my helmet back on if that will make you more comfortable my deep but kind voice vibrated through the room her eyes cleared up as she shook her head responding no it isn't that caption your appearance just cot me off guard that mixed with that armor it just your more wild and ruthless I laughed well thank you kindly miss I take pride in hearing that I am at least a quarter of the man my grandfather was she giggled and let go of my hands as she pulled out a black bandana from her pocket before wiping her eyes and face the light black tear marks disappeared as I stood back up and sat back down across from her she put away her bandana in a pocket inside that had honey mix in with it I lowered my cup and sat it in the table before looking up at her saying well anty Lotis y did you come here she smiled saying anty huh mmm no matter you got your hands she is still my partner and I wish her the best but I no longer feel any romantic feelings towards her whether that changes in the future I do not know but I heavily doubt it she hurt me and she hurt me good I don't know if I will be able to look at her the same or trust her with my heart again as for Albedo her family has already sent my father a proposal message but my father hasn't responded to front of me but my claws came out and the pieces from the tea cup was crushed into dust my lips was in a snarl and my eyes shinned brightly from rage but as the dust dropped from my hand onto the floor I side and my snarl was gone and my body stopped shaking when I looked up to Lotis the only emotion I had on my face was peer sadness but no tears feel I side sadly before saying I was betrayed by one of my few lights in my heart it hasn't faded completely but its so small and at any moment it could be snuffed out but another has replaced it this new one isn't as big but its much brighter the emotions of there mecha you should have realised this sense you fought in your father mecha Baywolf she along with spartan and Artemis souls have awakened and are very vocal of there emotions I am shocked Baywolf allowed you to fight in her I chuckled remembering my time with Baywolf and Drake was right I felt her emotions it was like are emotions and consciousnessess became one that's how I was able to use her so well even though I had never piloted a mech before but how did Drake know about them so I asked no offense Drake but how do you know about Baywolf and the others you was in storage broken Drake chuckled O I was broken and my systems was down yes but my conscious was still perfectly fine and awake your grandfather had a idea he thought one mecha who has awakened there souls could develop and help awaken other mecha soul and he wasnt wrong I can help awaken mecha souls but only if my pilot or I works on that mech our selfsthis was only a theory and one that got mixed reviews and sadly your grandfather died before he could finish the test but your family made a tradition where if they would make a new mecha I would be in the room with them the only one who didn't do this would have been your uncle Rushal that fool between your father and your uncle Rex both of there mecha awakened a soul hell even your grandmother mech awakened a soul I listened to all this in silence to stunned to speak but when Drake finished I rubbed the sides of my head saying so to awaken a mecha soul a pilot must have a connection to that mech and must go through hardships so the soul can develop and form but if we have a already awakened mecha in the room as the mech was made this helps form and develop the soul all that one would need to fully awaken the soul was have the pilot us no other mecha this would develop that connection Drake gave a thumbs up in my mind saying yep you got it so hehe what's next master a huge demonic grin spread across my face as I looked to drake saying we make you into a new mecha and one that the world hasn't seen before after that we make our own mech modeled after you we will call these new mecha the Drake scales model Drake chuckled I think your grandfather would be honored to have a new line of mecha named after him I laughed picking up my helmet and put it on saying then let us get started with your upgrades.
