A week has pass since Brittany birthday and the proposal that Shen did that night. Finally it was time for Brittany appointment with a neurology and orthopedic. Shen was the one who took her to her orthopedic appointment which was a city away so she had to reschedule her neurology appointment the next day instead. Since Brittany still couldn't walk much Shen brought her to her appointment in a wheel chair that her primary doctor provided for her.
After Brittany got call to the back to see her doctor they waited not long before the doctor assistant came to see her and took her to another room to get a x-ray of her femur. After the x-ray was done she was sent back to her room waiting for the doctor. Not long after she was brought back to her room the doctor came into her room with her result on how her femur was healing. The doctor then ask her if she wanted her staple to be remove and Brittany told him yes. He then told her to go to the emergency room after their appoint to get a CT scan of her head to make sure there is not more bleeding on her left ear.
After the doctor left the room he told Brittany and Shen to wait in the room for the assistant to come take off Brittany staples. Brittany did not know that she will be feeling everything while taking out the staple so after her third one on her thigh she fainted for 30 second. When she woke up everything was already done and the assistant did not ask much question and release them home. Brittany didn't go home instead they went to the emergency room as her doctor instructed.
Brittany didn't bring a phone charger to charge her phone so her phone end up dead after waiting 2 hours in the lobby to be seen. Brittany was in the hospital wheel chair and they where not comfortable at all and she start feeling pain in her legs. A nurse notice she was getting pale and uncomfortable so she came over to ask if she is in pain anywhere. Right after Brittany answer the nurse she was call into the back to get a CT scan and x-ray of her whole body. When she came back to the lobby the nurse came over to give her some pain medication after she got it approve from the doctor who will be seeing her in the emergency room.
About 30 minutes later Brittany finally got call to the back to see the doctor. Before the doctor came to talk to Brittany her, he look at her result before coming into the room she was in. When he came in he ask how she is feeling, and she told him she feel pain on her left rib and her leg. The doctor then told her that she look to have fracture her left ribs that is why she is feeling the pain. He also say that her x-ray from her previous result show no broken ribs, but this one does so for her to be careful. He gave Brittany some pain killers to help her with her leg and some patches of Lidocaine for her left rib so it can kind of numb it so they can make it home. Before he dismiss her home he double check everything before giving her the release home form.
By the time Brittany was release it was midnight and Shen was tired but still drove straight home instead of getting a motel because Brittany still have an appointment the next day. By the time they got home it was almost 3 in the morning and Shen had to wake Brittany up from her sleep to get into the house. He was having a hard time getting her out of the car because he didn't want to hurt her after hearing she also have broken ribs.
Brittany went back to sleep fast after Shen help her inside the house. Shen then left home because he has to work the next day and already arrange Hana to come take Brittany for her neurology appointment. He also told Hana about what the doctor told him at the emergency room so for Hana to be careful to not put too much pressure on her left side. After Hana hear what Shen say she then told him not to worry about it and she will take good care of her. She also told him she will let him what the neurology say after the appointment. After Hana hung up on Shen she set her alarm to 9:30 am and fell back asleep. She was scared of missing Brittany neurology appointment the next morning that she has to set her alarm 2 hours ahead so she can wake up and go get Brittany in time.
