Getting into the car Brittany drove straight to her mom house to pick up Stella. Stella was having a great time with Hana but was happy to see Brittany walk through the door. Stella ran over to Stella to great her at the door and then ran back over to Hana to play more. Brittany was smiling and notice that when Stella run she is actually hopping instead of really running which make her look so cute.
After going home Brittany met Shen at the front door. Brittany ask your here? When did you get here? Thought you weren't coming over until later? Shen answer oh are you not happy to see me? Should I leave? I wanted to surprise and it seems like don't look happy with me here. No that isn't what I meant. I am very happy to see you, come get Stella so I can grab her things and open the door.
A couple month has pass after adopting Stella and Brittany never realize how hard it was to take care of a dog. Even though Brittany sacrifices her sleep to help crate train Stella at the end every thing was worth it. Friday the 13 is in a couple days and that day is Shen and Brittany 3 year anniversary. Brittany been so busy that she forgot about their anniversary so she continue doing her usual daily routine work, pick up Stella and sleep. During the night when Brittany is getting ready to sleep she got a phone call from Shen.
Ring Ring. Picking up her phone, Hello Shen how was your day at work? Shen reply stressful and a lot of work but I'm glad I get to hear your voice. Brittany do you know what this Friday is? Since Brittany forgot about their anniversary she ask Shen, what is Friday, is it important. Shen was disappointed in Brittany answer and say guess what it is first. Hmm, I don't know please tell me don't keep me thinking I have a long day at work and it's already stress enough. Shen sigh on the other side of the phone and say ok you win. It's our anniversary so I call to see what do you want to do this weekend.
I'm sorry Shen I been so busy that I forgot about our anniversary. What do you have plan for us to do this weekend. Shen reply, I know you been wanting to go hiking and see a waterfall. Do you want to go to Yosemite national park to hike up to Vernal Fall. Brittany smile on the other side of the phone and reply yes lets go it would be fun. Shen can heard the excitement in her voice through the phone. Alright then we will do that this weekend, I will pick you up early Friday morning.
After Brittany hung up the phone she decided to call Hana to tell her about her plan this weekend with Shen and ask if Hana was willing babysit Stella. Hana was beaming with joy and say yes I would love to spend more time with Stella. Brittany giggle at Hana reaction and told her she will drop Stella off Friday before work and will pick her up on Sunday when they get back. Alright see you and Stella Friday Hana reply to Brittany before they hung up the phone.
Friday came so fast that Brittany feel like she can barely concentrate on her work because she can't wait for her trip with Shen. Finally it was time to get off work Brittany grab her things and walk to the exit. Right when she got out of her work place she saw Shen holding a bouquet of flower while standing next to his Miata. Shen started walking to Brittany and handle her the bouquet. Happy 3 year anniversary Brittany. Brittany was smiling and hug Shen the say happy anniversary booty, and you really surprise me just now.
Brittany we are going to head out to Yosemite tonight instead of tomorrow morning so we can see the sunrise. Shen can we stop by my house first before we leave, I need to grab some stuff for our trip. That's fine we can stop by your house. Thank you so much Shen. On the to Brittany house she took her phone up to video chat with Stella. Hello little one have been a good puppy. Stella looking into the phone and tilt her head to everything Brittany was saying. Stella look so cute when she does that. Brittany couldn't help and but smile and giggle to Stella reaction because she so adorable. Finally they reach Brittany house. Shen lets go inside first and let me make dinner first before we leave. Shen nod at Brittany and they both went inside the house.
