"Are you ready?" I looked in the mirror at Kris and nodded my head to her question. The boat was setting sail with the exchanging of our vows and the last thing I wanted was to delay the boat leaving. The cruise was nothing more than three days at sea, but it was ours. We booked it just for our friends and family, figuring many needed a getaway as we did. There were no excursions, no leaving the boat. This was an all you can eat, drink, and party-type boat, and that's exactly what we explained. And everyone who was on this boat agreed to the three long day party. "Never thought I'd see the day you'd get married, Resa." I turned around and hugged my best friend, having to agree with her. After the past I had, with all the issues, I never thought I'd see this day come. And I couldn't agree to finally say 'I do' and to make a man I never saw ever coming into my life, my husband.
"Good, you're ready," Alexa said as she breezed in. "Howie looks just as nervous as you do. Shall we go rock his world?" I gave her a hug and nodded, I was ready. And to me, it couldn't happen fast enough. There were a couple of clients here that were friends of my ex and some that were friends of Howie's ex, and we asked, quite nicely, to keep all drama on the dock. Those two weren't meant to be here and I did not want to have to repeat myself. And because of that, no phones were allowed to be out for this ceremony; I hired a professional and that was all I wanted to see. I was avoiding drama from all fronts for as long as I could.
If Hollywood was going to peg us as this some Golden Couple, that was fine. I was also going to play that DIVA role rather well and demand things my way. Which, for better or for worse, things had gone off without a hitch, so I was actually happy. Now, it was time for this diva to really shine and claim the man she had gone through some hoops for. I lifted my dress up and nodded at the ushers to open the door to allow the few bridesmaids I had to walk out and start this ceremony. I twisted my lip as I waited for them before walking down the aisle to the back of the boat, smiling at Howie as my gaze collided with his.
It had seemed like ages ago, and just like yesterday as well, that he and I were on a boat, overlooking a view that was so similar to this, to the water and the sunset. That we were just getting to know each and that neither one of us thought we'd be back in the same position, just doing something different. That day that we meet, was just that, we were testing waters that we both assumed we wouldn't go down. And now, we were testing the waters to spend the rest of our lives together. I think I might have flipped if any of those ladies standing beside me had told me that on a singles cruise when I was trying to scrape up the pieces of a damaged heart, I would find this soul mate of mine. And when the time came for our vows, I made sure he knew just how much that chance meeting, a damn ball, and a singles cruise meant to me.

"Okay, ladies and gents," Howie said, standing up in the room. I leaned back in my chair, a smile on my face and my feet kicked up. I had spent the last four hours dancing, laughing, eating, and talking, and I was ready to take my husband to our suite, lock the door, and not come out till the cruise docked again! "I know it's not like a groom to toast, but I am! Theresa," he said, looking at me and I stood up, taking the hand he offered. "I love you more than I thought was ever possible. And I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together, minus the drama." I chuckled at that. "You, and your friends, created a wedding fit for a king, and I swear, you make me feel that way. I'm not sure I'll ever go on a singles cruise again, like you asked me once, because I can't ever see me parting from your side." With that, I threw my arms around him and kissed him, ignoring the whistles and the catcalls.
"Our cue to go," I mumbled against his lips as I finally pulled away. He nodded and lifted me up, once more ignoring everyone as we made our escape. He carried me all the way to the room, and I couldn't help but smile. If he felt like a king by my side, well he sure as hell treated me like his queen. "I'm glad I said yes," I told him as he opened the door to the room.
"I'm glad you said yes too. I'd hate to think about life if you hadn't." He finally put me down but turned me around so he could work the buttons on the dress. "You looked like my goddess today, do you know that?" he asked as he pushed the dress aside and kissed every inch of my exposed back to his view.
"No, you haven't told me that yet." He chuckled as he pushed the dress down to let it pool on the floor, leaving me in nothing but my thigh highs, heels, and thong. Slowly, I turned around and his eyes roamed over me, the passion building between his soulful brown eyes, and I melted. His hands came up to cup my cheeks as he pulled me in for a kiss, his thumbs brushing over my cheekbones as my breasts brushed against his chest.
I rested my hands on his hip before moving them to start to undo his vest and unbutton his shirt. My passion was spiking and I needed him with me, in me, owning me in only the way that he could. His tongue slipped out and mine met his, an erotic duel that I was sure our bodies would be doing soon enough. I moaned against his lips as I worked the buttons upward and tried to push his shirt off. He broke the kiss long enough to toss the garment on the floor by my dress and then undid and pushed down his slacks. He kicked off his shoes and I smirked as I saw the outline of his hard dick pushing against his boxers.
"Man, am I a lucky woman," I told him as I trailed my nails over his chest and down his stomach.
"We are both lucky, wife." With that, he swooped me up and laid me on the big queen size bed, his hands moving down my sides and over my hips, his thumbs hooking in the side of the thong to pull it down.
"Going to love me with the heels on again?" I asked as I looked down at him. He kissed along my thighs and over my stomach before he sat back to push his boxers off.
"Maybe. When they push into my ass or my thighs it's a delicious sting." I ran my hands over his hips again and then down his hard dick, running my thumb over the head, and bringing it to my lips to suck the juice off.
"Mmm, tasty," I told him. He groaned and then captured my hands as he linked our fingers, and brought my hands up by my head.
"I love you, Theresa, you know that right?" I stared up at the man above me and nodded my head. There was no doubt in my mind that he did. And even if I did, his eyes spoke volumes and I could see the love clearly in their depths.
"I do, Howie. Just like I love you." He leaned down and captured my lips right as he slipped into me, bringing out a moan from my chest. I clenched tightly to his hands as my legs wrapped around his hips, the heels scraping along his backside. His tongue followed the same pattern as his dick, slowly pulling out before slamming back in. And the sensations rolling through me was a sensory overload. I felt him touching places I didn't even know were there, both in my body and in my soul.
I never doubted that he was the man for me, that we fit perfectly with each other. And here was the proof. He teased me with his touch, with his kiss, with the draw of the thrusts, and he knew that he was working my body so perfectly. He also knew, just like I did, that there would be no one else to crave or want as much as we wanted each other.
He squeezed my hands as he broke the kiss to look down at me. His lips were swollen, his eyes were bright with love and passion, and his breaths were fast; he was as close as I was to coming undone.
"Come with me, baby, let me feel you," he panted out and I grinned. My hands clutched his even tighter, my back arched upward, my heels pushed even more into his perfect ass as my hold on him got stronger, and I clamped him tighter as I came. He groaned at all the sensations and then followed, the deep groans vibrating through his chest and out of his mouth, and it was the perfect sound to my ears.
He collapsed next to me but his hand still held mine, his thumb brushing along the backside of it. "Theresa?" I managed to turn on my side and looked at him.
"Hmm?"
"We keep this up and I promise something else will happen from a cruise."
