Chapter 26 - Next on: To the one carrying my heart,

"So you must be Helena" Welcomed Harry after sitting on that table for half an hour waiting for Helena's break.

"Yes, this is her, nice to finally meet you Mr. manager" Said Helena with a smile but, one could see just how tired she really was.

"Just Harry would be fine" Said Harry offering his own warm smile.

"As long as it's your preference" Said Helena before taking the seat opposite Harry.

"Are you ordering anything?" Asked Harry politely.

"I work here, Harry!" Scoffed Helena, "Be serious"

"So, yes... you do know why I'm here, right?" Asked Harry getting into business.

"Yes, I do" Replied Helena stiffly.

"What do you know about DAMNED music band?"

"You certainly said that it's not an interview"

"And it really isn't, I just want to know my potential addition to our family"

"So, DAMNED is an uprising and ongoing music band with three members currently which recently received three awards in one night... congratulations by the way"

"Oh, please...you're making me blush"

"But, it's true! A fact!"

"Okay, so are you interested in joining our band?"

"The members don't like me though"

"No, they don't... it's just_"

"And I'm a no gay lover... And I'm not changing my opinions of you guys"

"So, I heard" Said Harry unfazed, "But, you love the music? Hates violence and not a back stabber person, right?"

"Yes"

"Do you like having all of them as a family?"

"I stan Paul"

"And he stans you too" Replied Harry with a laugh, "So, how about we give this a shot and if it really doesn't work out then, at least we both tried, right?"

"Right..." Trailed off Helena eyeing Harry interestingly.

"What?" Asked Harry, curious.

"I hope I can work under you in the future" Said Helena seriously.

"That's not for me to decide" Said Harry standing up from his chair, "Let's work hard"

"Let's work hard" Replied Helena softly, watching Harry dissapear from her eyes.

"How was it?" Asked Brown the second he saw Harry,

"She seemed nice"

"I bet she did. I'm not even trying to pretend that I'm surprised"

"Come on, let's trust Paul on this one... we just have to cut off our personal interaction while you guys are working"

"But..."

"It's an order, Brown"

"Yeah, yeah... whatever"

"Now..., Where's my outfit?" Asked Harry eyeing the unpacked bags on the bag.

"...A mini skirt?!" Gasped Harry in horror when he saw what was in it, "Are you sane?"

"I like seeing your legs more"

"A damned mini skirt, Brown?:

"A damned mini skirt" Agreed Brown stifling a laugh. He was having the time of his life by making Harry that furious.

"I'm not wearing that"

"A man is nothing if he can't keep a promise"

"Then I'm a woman"

"Then, please stop crossdressing and start wearing your clothes!"

"I so free mealing hate you!"

"Sometimes I could swear that you love me much more than love itself" Said Brown with a smile, "Go on... You don't want us to be late and look rude to our friends"

"We don't even know if there're gonna be people to meet and call 'friends'"

"We can always flirt with the bartenders"

"It's a bar?!"

"I don't really know... Should I help you put it on?"

"Save the man his dignity!" Said Harry before storming to the bathroom to change, angrily leaving a smiling Brown on his back.

Harry didn't notice the difference in their appearance. Or maybe, he noticed a lot like the fact that he wasn't feeling it from the moment he got into the outfit to when he set foot in the... something like a club, a bar, an arcade or it could be a mixture of both, Harry didn't care but, seeing Brown all smiles and relaxed like he was home and the whole world be damned was worth his discomfort.

"Let's go dance" Suggested Brown in a whisper seizing Harry's breathing capability for a few seconds.

"No" Outright refused Harry looking straight at him when he was green to talk.

"Why're you being so uptight and boring"

"You just realized?"

"Harry please..."

"You go grind boy, I'm buying myself some ice cream and strolling a bit" Said Harry already on a mission to explore the place, hoping maybe he'd find a reason other than Brown to stay in there.

"Are you being serious?"

"When was I never?"

"But it's our date!"

"That's why I'm not on my couch watching my favorite TV shows!"

"Why are we yelling?"

"I don't know"

"What's wrong?" Asked Brown calmly holding on to Harry with one hand and playing with his ear with the other relaxing Harry.

Brown was heartbroken when he felt Harry relax in his arms like he was all tightened up with nerves, Brown couldn't help but, blame himself for just how much their date was ruined because of him.

Harry was so not okay. Terrified even. More terrified than when people were judging them on the road. The gay community meant nothing sunshine and rainbows like the others there. It was torture.

"Let's go home" Said Brown grabbing Harry's hand so they can start working but, that went off track when he felt Harry's resistance.

"You wanted to be here..." Said Harry sadly.

"But, you don't"

"But, I'm still here with you" Said Harry burying himself in Brown's embrace, "I won't be feeling okay if I'm home without you"

"Me too if I stay here alone plus, we're leaving together... So, you won't be without me at home"

"But, You're going to miss all of this..." Argued Harry seriously, "It won't feel good if you do"

"I love you, Harry..." Said Brown kissing Harry everywhere he could. Brown was the happiest then when he got to kiss his sunshine whenever and however he wanted!.

"But?" Asked Harry who sensed that the sentence was just hanging.

"But, sometimes you're the most serial guilt tripping killer ever to come on earth" Mumbled Brown.

"I didn't... I wasn't..."

"I know and this is my choice... You, are my choice" Said Brown tilting Harry's head from holding his nape.
