La'el was in the middle of a pile of bookshelves.
A vast room that seems endless with each side only untouched darkness.
This room doesn't exist in the real world.
This was just a figment of his imagination.
He could change the scenery at any time.
But it was this collection of bookshelves that always made him feel at peace.
He would always come here whenever he felt something was wrong with him.
He only realized this recently, he has changed.
In the last few days he had been too busy and euphoric to gain strength.
He flew so high that he forgot the ground.
Knowledge from another world or whatever was not his own.
Memory that was merge together so natural made him oblivious to this obvious fact.
He felt the memories were his own, not someone else's.
Although it does not know the form of "consciousness" itself.
Was it simply the embodiment a pile of memories or was the true form of a "La'el".
But if it continues to happen then he is afraid that the consciousness he has now will be taken away.
He wanted to organize his thoughts once more.
Hypnotizes himself to separate the two sources of knowledge so they don't merge.
"you.."
A deep voice sounded from the silent room.
Standing still with no expression on his face La'el ignored the sound.
He felt something had been released from within him.
He has returned to his old self again.
The bookcase shelves began to shake violently.
Books began to fall one by one.
He shook the space of his imagination.
"I don't know who you are or where you come from, But don't think too much. You idiot."
After an eerie silence, a voice from outside woke La'el up.
A tall and thin appearance was smiling in front of him.
He was a merchant whom Berto called a skeleton.
"What do you think of ? why your face looks so serious ?"
Skeleton asked as he placed the plate on the table.
"Nothing, is this a new menu you were talking about ?"
La'el could see the diced meat wrapped in a glistening clear sheet.
Popping a piece of meat into his mouth, delicious taste broke out immediately.
"Isn't that delicious right ?"
"How the f*ck you're so good at making meat dishes yet have a body like that"
"Why is it going that way ? you f*cking as*hole. This is a genetic problem okay ?"
**
It had been two months since he had advanced to mid tier.
But not as fast as before when he just discovered a new energy gathering method, his current strength was only at the Mid-Tier 2 stars.
Even though he has more energy than the average person, his strength hasn't increased much.
Because of that he did side research based on a lot of information brought up by the idiot inside him.
What caught his attention the most was the "Smartphone" which was an upgrade of the Magic Communication Device he was familiar with.
An idiot was an idiot, with such a great thing around, there wasn't even the slightest bit of information about how smartphones were made.
The only useful information regarding smartphones is how they work via radio waves.
Even then, it's just a simple radio wave, not the same thing used by a smartphone
But considering that Magic Communication Device was very expensive, radio waves were more than enough.
Even though La'el still didn't understand a few terms, he could still interpret how a wave could be used to communicate.
If he didn't understand, then someone else would just have to interpret it for him.
After leaving Skeleton's place, he took the pile of papers he had been writing for the past few days and walked towards the Blue Cloud large building.
Entering the front door with an expanding chest, he walked towards the one who seemed to be working here.
"Hey man, do you work here ?"
"Hmm ? yes i'am. But who are you ? why have I never seen you before."
"I am the lover of your boss. Tell him to come see me asap"
La'el deliberately acted arrogantly to make the people in front of him make a fuss first so Atma could come quickly.
If referring to general logic where a beauty can even start a war.
What bothers a man's pride the most is when a woman that he admires is taken by someone else.
Coupled with all the strange stories from his mind where the main characters are in trouble because they protect a girl.
After all, if a commotion did break out, they would just argue loudly or in the worst case exchange a few blows and then someone else would come to arbitrate two of them.
"I've never heard of the boss having a boyfriend. Wait a minute I'll pass it on to her."
A water that he thought was salty turned out to be fresh water.
His eyebrows raised because events didn't match of his expectations at all.
He began to think his brain was acting separately to trap its owner.
In the midst of his confusion, a man who he spoke earlier returned to deliver order he had obtained.
"Follow me, Bos want to meet you"
Contrary to his expectations the man led him to a large area with lots of tables.
If he didn't immediately see Atma sitting there eating his food, he would be angry because he felt he had been conned.
"Take your time, I'll go first."
After the man left, La'el walked directly over to that woman and sat across from her.
Atma smiles at him and stops what she is doing.
"You want some ?"
Ignoring that vixen's offer, La'el put pile of papers he brought onto the table.
He didn't say anything and only a confident smile appeared on his face.
Atma glanced at the paper on the table, there were several pictures and many sentences written on the main page.
"You brought this for me ?"
"For Blue Cloud to be more precise."
With a sense of suspicion reflected in her eyes, Atma pulled the paper in front of her and began to try to digest its contents.
Contents of the letter created ripples in her mind, but there is one thing that bothers him.
This theory is too wild.
She wondered how the man in front of her could deduce such a wild theory along with some plausible proof.
But unfortunately lots of holes here and there with that theory.
If this theory was just a bit more solid maybe she really would be fooled by this.
"You really are a caveman, sorry but Blue Cloud is not a place where novels are published."
"I know Blue Cloud is and the paper you read is not fiction."
A cynical look emerged from Atma, then a smile appeared on her face.
"Sure, Magic Communication Devices that exist today are just ancient devices and everyone is a fool for not realizing it. You want me to say that ?"
La'el had prepared for things to lead to something like this, he took out 2 small cans that had been tied with a string on one side so that connected to each other.
Even though smartphones don't work like that, he doesn't care and only wants to make women in front of him growing some curiocity.
"Bring the can to your ear"
After that La'el walked away with another can until the rope is fully tensioned.
La'el then whispered a sentence softly towards the can he was holding.
"You can hear me, b*thc ?"
Atma's eyes widened at that sentence and glared at La'el fiercely.
La'el then spoke loudly like how he usually spoke.
"Try it ! whisper a sentence toward the can and I'll be able to hear it."
Doubt began to reflect on Atma's face, she then brought the can closer to her mouth.
"Does this really work ? I don't like vegetables."
La'el chuckled at Atma's sentence, that girl was like a child who was talking about her secret to a teddy bear.
"It's okay not to like vegetables, teenagers really hate those things. Pfft.."
Atma looked at La'el with hostility once again.
