With a smile, Roman turned to address the other girls. His soft voice seemed to inspire calmness.
"Joana and Mia, you will act as the supplementary damage dealers. Your job is to cover Sarah's sides and deal damage in the range where she can't reach. Mia, you have your reach with your spear and Joana, you can cover the holes she leaves with your speed. Lyla, on the other hand, will be responsible for control."
A lot of new words were thrown at the girls in the short lecture they received with Roman.
They were somewhat familiar with the terms as they had been studying with the Guild for several years, but this was the first time they had actually been put into practice.
Typically, they'd go with things they had already practiced with their manager.
