Chapter 76 - Duties to be filled

  When I'm dressed, Quill helps me walk out of the room, my balance still thrown off. I'm tired, and the alcohol is still having effects on me, the smell of food making my stomach turn.

  "You need to eat." Quill says, and I shake my head, trying not to gag. My stomach is empty, save for water that Quill made me drink, but that was all I was willing to risk.

  "I don't think so. The smell of food is making me want to vomit again." I replied, turning away from the direction of the dining area.

  "Love, having something in your stomach will make you feel better, I promise." Quill said, as he gently squeezed my hand, and led me back to the dining area.

  I frowned, clenching my mouth as the urge to release my empty stomach filled me. Loud chatter filled the room, and I rubbed my temples, wishing I'd never gotten out of bed.

  But like Quill I had a duty to fulfill. And currently, it was trying to spruce up the estate the way I wanted it to look like.
