He was a bit disappointed that wilder hadn't broken through to the middle stages of the enhanced human stage, but the way wilder brushed him off when he questioned led him to believe that he knew what he was doing
Wilder placed the briefcase over his shoulder and said

"good, and you're preparing to enter the middle stages soon?" Arthur too was surprised that wilder was still at the early stages of the enhanced human stage.
