"Sigh," Wilder said, raising his head with a tired but relieved look on his face.
After several minutes of convincing, Sapphire had finally calmed down.
She was now seated on the couch opposite Wilder's bed, staring at the TV intensely.
Wilders old apartment didn't have a TV because he didn't believe that he needed one and it was just too expensive.
But the Black Hawk faction was loaded, so of course they could afford some TVs for their future leaders.
"I really need to make some money," Wilder thought to himself.
In the past few minutes, he had promised Sapphire so many things that he couldn't even afford to do them, but somehow it worked and she calmed down.
"What are you doing over there?" Sapphire looked over at Wilder, who was deep in thought.
"Ah? Nothing!" Wilder shook his head.
"Good, then come sit by me." Sapphire gestured while patting the couch.
