Upon entering the second test area, Wilder was assaulted with a whole new level of cold that dwarfed what he had felt in the previous test.
But unlike the last time, he could pinpoint the source of the sudden coldness.
It was emitting from a pool, placed right In the middle of the cave, this pool looked like the bone pool in Jade Beast Town, but there were a few differences.
"What is this test supposed to be about?" Wilder pondered as he proceeded to look around the cave.
The pool was big, but it didn't cover the whole room; there were still other patches of soil around.
"Hm?" From one of the dark corners of the room, Wilder saw something moving, which made him tense up.
He put his left hand on his katana and stared at it closely.
From the shadow, a salamander-like beast with blackish skin arose.
It had green beady eyes and long claws on its forepaws.
