The newly arrived man looked quite fit and was very tall; he was taller than Arthur, in fact, and when he spoke, he spoke with a tinge of overbearingness.
"good work" Arthur casually spoke and stretched his hand to the side, picking up a can of soda.
"Puff," he said, opening it and taking a sip.
"Yes, you are in charge of recruiting new blood, right?" Arthur seemed to have an epiphany as soon as he took a sip of that can of soda.
"Yes, boss," the man nodded.
He was indeed in charge of recruiting men for their little organization.
"Good, I want you to find a way to sneak him into our program in the city; he is very important to our goals." Arthur pointed at Wilder with his boot.
As he had said, Wilder was quite weak in terms of the people who worked for him, but fortunately, he had a little program he was working on in the city that would allow him to seek out and recruit people with talent.
At first, it was something he did on a whim, but now it was proving to be useful.
