As a magic god, my reliance on spells allows me to perform various tasks, but skills still hold significance for my family and future generations. One of the main priorities in this universe is discovering magical artifacts, which are of utmost importance. I take pleasure in exploring this world and actively searching for these valuable items.

I exited my inner world and arrived in my designated Level Four Kingdom. As mentioned earlier, the kingdoms in this universe range from Level Zero to Level Ten, indicating varying power levels.

The specific kingdom I found myself in is called the Clover Kingdom, which falls under the mid-level category. Here, I encountered significantly stronger individuals and formidable monsters, along with the presence of advanced technologies.


This kingdom stood out to me as a notable upgrade in terms of infrastructure and aesthetics compared to the lower-level empires and kingdoms I had encountered before.

One noticeable improvement was the quality of the roads, which were wider and better constructed, allowing for smoother travel throughout the kingdom. As I ventured further, I couldn't help but admire the modern architecture of the common houses, which surpassed those of the lower-level empires or kingdoms in terms of design and functionality.

One aspect that particularly caught my attention was the level of the kingdom's subjects. The individuals residing in this kingdom appeared to possess higher levels of power and skill, making them formidable allies or adversaries. In the higher-level kingdoms, such as the Level Four Kingdom I found myself in, there exists both an adventures guild and a city management office. These two entities serve different purposes and have distinct roles within the kingdom's operations.

However, it's important to note that the adventures guild does not have any authority or control over the land within the city.

I approached the counter with bags filled with money and spoke to the receptionist, who appeared attractive and attentive. I inquired about the availability of land and buildings for sale in the bustling central district of the city.

"Good morning, I would like to inquire about any available land or buildings for sale. Money is not a concern," I stated politely to the receptionist.

"Good morning, sir. We do have some excellent options for both land and buildings. Please take a look at these holographic images and let me know if any catch your interest," she responded, activating the display.

"Do I need to fulfill any specific requirements to purchase property in the kingdom?" I inquired.

"For purchases above level four, there are no specific requirements. Both nobles and commoners enjoy equal rights; the only difference lies in the nobles' greater wealth," she clarified.

With this information in mind, I carefully examined the properties showcased before me. While some buildings were impressive, they were situated far from important locations. Similarly, the available land was not centrally located in the city.

After thorough consideration, I made my decision. I selected an empty plot of land and two adjacent buildings, all conveniently connected to one another. This arrangement would allow me to merge them into a single unit for my purposes.
