[Narrator]

A Saturday morning a day where there's usually no school here lies Cole sleeping.

Yo wake up it's time for you to wake up.

[Narrator]

Cole hardly is moving be he slightly sees the unknown speaker tapping and slightly pushing him on the side.

[Unknown speaker]

IT'S ABOUT TIME YOU WAKE UP ITS LIKE 1:37 IN THE AFTERNOON.

[Narrator]

Cole gets somewhat alarmed by the sudden voice being raised right next to him jumping a little and gets halfway up

[Cole]

Alright bruh damn just chill I'm getting up.

[Cole's Mother]

Yeah it's about time and speaking of time you should be cleaning your room it's damn filthy and dirty everywhere.

[Cole]

Yeah yeah I'll do it later.

[Narrator]

The day is kind of boring nothing really special going on with Cole or his mother just him not doing anything but Eat, watch videos or play games on his pc.

[Narrator]

As Cole continues to do nothing with his life his mother walks in the room.

[Cole's Mother]

Yo I know you like doing nothing and shit but can you at least do your chores? You know we got to clean up the Apartment and clean clothes tomorrow might as well do it today so we have less work load on Sunday.

[Cole]

Tsk ok ima just do it.

[Narrator]

Cole when Cole goes to the kitchen we notice the house has two trash bins a white one that is more in a rectangle shape and black circle one.

[Cole]

(I might as well get this over with so I don't keep getting nag on by mother).

[Narrator]

Cole lowers himself and opens a cabinet that's located right under the kitchen sink and takes out a little rectangle carboard box.

[Cole]

(The trash bags huh i wonder if its the right size for the trash bins).

[Narrator]

Cole takes two garbage bags out of the box and puts it into the palm of his other hand and walks to one of the garbage bins.

[Cole]

(Yawns)

(Damn when was the last time the trash over here been taken out? anyways I should just do it)

[Narrator]

Cole takes out the filled trash bag and replaces it with one of the trash bags he has in his hand and proceeds to walk out of the apartment into the building hallway and open a metal object with a handle on it.

[Cole]

(gosh this shit so nasty food, bugs and other garbage bags be stuck in this dump our neighbors actually need to take the time to push down their trash and we need to get the entrance clean so many other stuff making it worse!)

[Narrator]

Cole leaves that area and goes back into his apartment and closes the door and go to the bathroom to wash his hand with liquid soap and then takes himself to the kitchen to start washing the dishes.

[Cole]

(frowning)

(Time to wash the dishes I guess)

[Narrator]

As Cole does the dishes he cleans some plates, forks, spoons, and knifes before stopping.

[Cole]

(Ima do it later I'm getting tired I go take a nap or something)

[Narrator]

As Cole leaves the kitchen and peaks into the living he sees his mom eyes glued to the Tv about some comic book discussion not really interested on what his mother is watching he goes to to his room and lay down on his bed and gets his phone out and watch some sort videos.

[Narrator]

The next day is Sunday a breezy day of fall Cole wakes up in his bedroom once again and gets up rubbing his face and heads out his room towards the bathroom.

[Cole]

Damn I fell asleep?

[Narrator]

Cole after realizing he fell asleep while watching videos on his bed

[Cole's Mother]

Hey wake it's about time for you to wake up.

[Narrator]

A loud feminine voice screams down the hallway as Cole is getting himself together .

[Cole's Mother]

CHILD ARE YOU GETTING UP ITS TIME TO GET UP WE NEED TO START CLEANING THE HOUSE TODAY!

[Cole]

Okay mom damn I'm still getting up give me a second.

[Narrator]

As Cole walks down the hallway towards where the voice is coming from once again his tall mother stands before him at the end of the hallway entering the apartment living room.

[Cole's Mother]

Ok I'm going to cut you some slack for now but later get ready today is Sunday you know this is the day we spend time cleaning up the apartment as usual go clean the dishes, throw out the garbage from both of the trash bins, which someone in particular yesterday did half ass and went to sleep and clean the bathroom I'll start washing the clothes when you finish doing your part of the chores in the kitchen first.

[Cole]

(visually frowning and sighing)

Ok ok mom I understand I'll get it done soon and do things later we can start cleaning the house at a different time.

[Narrator]

nearly an hour later as Cole finishes cleaning the bathroom he walks into the hallway and proceed to move some racks to the side and gets a broom and dustpan to start sweeping

[Narrator]

Cole's mother was doing her hair in the bathroom after time pass by with Cole cleaning it and went out to get something when she comes out of the bathroom to walk to her room she stops to process what she's seeing.

[Cole Mother]

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU PICKING UP THE ELECTRIC MAXI SCOOTER?

[Cole]

Yeah I'm moving it to the living room so we can clean the rest of the house.

[Cole's Mother]

The hell wrong with you put that shit down how did it not fall on you or you didn't hurt yourself attempting to pick it up those shit usually weigh around 450 pounds!

[Narrator]

Cole slowly puts down the scooter.

[Cole]

Aight bruh chill I'm putting it down!

[Cole's Mother]

Stop trying to do shit on your own if you need help just ask It ain't that hard.

[Cole]

Yeah yeah I understand I'm just trying to get this over with.

[Narrator]

Cole and his mother picks up the electric scooter that was in the hallway leading from the two room and starts walking with it towards the apartment entrance where the living g room is located but have some difficulty due to the narrow and somewhat small hallway space.

[Cole's Mother]

(grunting) Move it to the right while I move it to the left.

[Cole]

alright I got you.

[Narrator]

As the mother and son duo manages to move the Electric maxi scooter out of the little and narrow hallway.

[Cole's Mother]

Panting

Instead of doing random shit go finish the chores or when you gonna clean up your room thought its been like a year since I asked you to clean your room?

[Cole]

aight bro ima go do it now like actually chill out.

[Cole's Mother]

I chill out when you clean your room for once and keep it clean.

[Narrator]

Cole walks away

[Cole's Mother]

Wait like you actually gonna start cleaning your room? You not joking with me right? Cause you always say you gonna do it and never actually do it.

[Cole]

Yes bro ima go do it ill even call you and let you check the room afterwards when I'm done cleaning it

[Cole's Mother]

Okay also don't forget I'm washing clothes today so get your dirty clothes ready s-

[Cole]

The dirty clothes hamper is already down the hall.

[Narrator]

Cole walks away and goes into his room.

[Cole]

(Alright lets start cleaning up the room)

[Narrator]

Cole leaves the room and grab a broom and dustpan from the hallway and quickly return towards his room.

[Cole]

(aight ima just sweep the open floor first and make it look clean or presentable).

[Narrator]

Cole takes his time to start cleaning his room over the time the room progressively looks better and cleaner.

[Cole's Mother]

Hello child I came to check on you been an hour and hardly heard anything so I want to see your progress.

[Cole]

Mother as you can see I did the floor clean the laptop area and put some of my clothes away

[Cole's Mother]

Okay I'll leave it to you the actually clean up your room this time around.

[Narrator]

She leaves the room to once again let Cole to continue completing the task he said he was gonna do.

[Cole's Mother]

(Smiles)

Hmmm the room actually seems decently clean for once that's rare but your bed ain't made I still see clothes on your bump bed both the top and bottom them either piled on it or simply there and even hanging off your bed get to working child.

[Cole]

(annoyed)

Bruh what you mean why should I even clean the top bed its not like I'm going to have someone live with me who cares.

[Cole's Mother]

(Face palming and sighing)

Boy just finish cleaning the room as you told me you was gonna do and stop with the whining geez at least make it presentable for guest and visitors honestly I don't know where you get your laziness from you wasn't really the type of child to have your room dirty like this somewhat ironic that you starting to be a messy person when you use to make fun of him and how he stinks and stuff.

[Cole]

I don't know why you keep bringing that up about me and him i actually put more effort into my hygiene than he did you know.

[Cole's Mother]

Some what debatable but you becoming just as bad as he was the both of ya seems to have similar stuff going on like the same path is being walk anyways get your dirty clothes and separate them in two groups white and color I'm not checking if you put them together correctly so don't be lazy about it and take your time.

[Cole]

Bruh I understand bro you can go back to what you doing and I'll finish cleaning up my room .

[Cole's Mother]

You keep saying you gonna do it so far you made progress but lets see if you fully get the job done

[Narrator]

Over the course of the day Cole cleans his room and does other things as he does it.

[Cole's Mother]

Oh so you finally clean up your room? And made up the bed the sheets and blanket even looks placed good Well that's good of you now We wont have to stress each other and argue back and forth.

[Cole]

(sighing)

Yeah I just clean up my room over time no problem (I'm glad she ain't look under the bed or she catch a fit good thinking me)

[Cole's Mother]

Well lets go to the living room table and eat its like 7pm now and school starts tomorrow I thought it was a good idea to go to the store this time around and personally give you something else to eat from the deli.

[Cole]

Aight mom done eating its like 9pm I'm going to take my leave and head to bed.

[Cole's Mother]

Alright the clothes i washed is in the dryer by the time you wake up all if not a good amount should be dried for you to wear for school.

[Cole]

Thanks mom for real!

[Narrator]

Cole mother gives a wave gesture as Cole walks away from the living room to his room and closes the door.
