As he said those words for the gorgons, he raised his wand which then absorbed the world energy that was used to build the barrier around them.

"The vampire woman father and brother fought earlier was a viscount. The vampire we are going to see now is a full fledge count.
As for his power, I am sure he will only be able to exert twice the power the woman showed at most. But, his blood is far less than the other one so he should not be able to create wings or use long distance attacks"
