After a few hours of working Leon finished the documents that piled up in his office.
"Are you bored Cerberion?"
The wolf was lifelessly slump down on a corner.
"Just wait for a little bit more, okay?"
As a beast that mutated due to prolong exposure to mana, a place like this was like a paradise.
However, instead of running around the fields without a care, he is stuck inside a room that stinks of paper and ink.
This caused him to feel restless and frustrated and wanted to go on a rage but his fear of being beaten by Leon if he were to make a mess in his office was stronger.
Therefore he was stuck in one spot unable to scracth an itchy place.
After forty minutes,
Leon said as he stood up, "Let's go"
Cerberion's head whipped around. He immediately went thought the door with an excited mood.
"Just make sure you don't attack anyone, alright"
"Woof!"
After arriving in front of the Garcia merchantry headquarters, Cerberion run forth towards the fields to bathed in the mana in the air.
"Oh my, oh my~ What can I do for the minister of administration?"
Marco teasingly asked.
"I wanna know what this is all about"
Leon placed documents on Marco's desk.
"Seriously? The name of our currency is 'Dabloons'? Can you not think up of anything else?"
"Why are you complaining when I never said anything about your Blood seeking pagoda. Or about your group named 'Olympus'. Who are you going to be, Hades?"
"....."
"What? Can't say anything about it now?"
Leon's face hardened as he sees Marco's smug expression.
"For a businessman you sure are shameless. Why are you copying famous brands from our world?"
"Why? You're gonna sue me? To who? The government?"
Marco laughed hysterically as he was sure that this time, he won against someone in an argument.
"Sigh... do whatever you want..."
Leon left with a gloom expression to look for Pallius as Marco laughed triumphantly.

North-eastern side of the city, outside of the barrier...
"The rumor that there is a magic tower master in this place must be true, young master"
"Knowing that does not change our objective in coming here. For now, instruct everyone to act with utmost caution"
"Understood"
A hologram then appeared before them.
"Please wait for thirty seconds. Sir Charlie will arrive shortly"
Just as how it appeared abruptly, it vanished just as fast.
Seeing this, everyone were taken aback especially the lead of the envoy's escort knight as he did not notice that there was someone until he showed himself.
"Olad, grant them temporary access. No need to give them an identity token"
"Understood"
Charlie then arrived at where the Kingdom of Hazol's envoy were.
"Please come in without worry. The barrier will not reject any of you"
"....."
The man leading the envoy stepped inside the barrier's range and felt the ambiance of mana in the air.
Her turned back and nodded towards his group, signaling them that it is alright to enter the barrier.
"May I ask for your name, sir?"
"I am Charlie Adamski, the minister of foreign affairs of the city"
The man bowed slightly, which was followed by his group.
"I am Ronald Hazol, the third prince of the Kingdom of Hazol"
"I believe you are tired from your journey here, yes? For that reason, let me show you to your accomodations as I answer anything that piques your interest"
"Thank you very much, sir Charlie"
As they headed for the inn reserved for important guests of the city, Ronald and Charlie chatted along the way.
"This place... it reminds me of the capital of Hasterien. Perhaps... the magic tower master of this city was once a formidable person of high status there?"
Ronald's underlings were amazed to see such a city. Despite living in the capital of Hazol, it was their first time to see such advanced things.
"Not at all. What I can tell you Aldo's orgins is that we came from the same place. But... what exactly reminds you that our city resemble the capital under the rule of the Witch of the West?"
"The moss covering all infrastractures. The lady of the west is known for her witchcraft and ability to control plants. In order to prevent accidents, she covered all buildings in the capital of Hasterien.
I was fortunate enough to see this for myself when his highness, my father, brought me along in the yearly summit of the western nations some time ago"
They then arrived at the newly refurbished inn.
"It... it is shiny"
The walls were so clean that their relfection could be clearly seen.
"If you have any question, the inn keeper will accomodate any of your request"
"Thank you for your hospitality, sir Charlie"
"It is only natural so please do not mention it, your highness"
As soon as they entered, they were welcomed by the staff of the inn.
"Olad, inform everyone about everything prince Ronald just said"
"Understood. I shall inform the other lords as soon as possible"

At the training field, Tony and Veronica were taking a break from Hugo's hellish training.
"Hmm?"
Hugo looked to his right and smiled as his eyes grew from anger.
"Is... something wrong... sir?"
"No. Take this opportunity to rest because I will be away for some time"
Just then, wings sprouted from his back.
With a single flap, Hugo flew dozens of meters causing a slight shockwave to nearby trees.
"Once I return, we will resume the training"
He then flew eastward, towards the desert.
"Haha... of all the species, I never thought teacher would be from the angel race"
After a kilometer or so, Hugo increased his pace and went all out.
A few hundred kilometers eastward from Heaven Blaze city,
"Why are you here, you damn fallen angel?"
A woman whose march was stopped thanks to Hugo.
"That's that I should be saying, you rebellious lizard!"
It was obvious the two had a grudge with each other as they let out their bloodlust which was enough to cause a sandstorm.
"What's wrong with me being here? Just so you know, I already have two students there, so scram"
"You think I can't force my way in?"
The woman roared as she transformed into her orginial form.
"You're just a lizard who relies on her toys to fight!"
Hugo's hands were enveloped in pitch black flames that were hot enough to burn the mana around them.
"Stop this. Any more and nearby kingdoms will vanish from the map. A kingdom already fell, I doubt others will be fine after hearing that several more were to vanish from the world"
Ythocra appeared between the two.
His presence itself was enough to calm the turbulent atmosphere in the area.
"Have some class, will you. Do you think you both are still children who can just do whatever you want?!"
"....."
"I do not care about what you think or intentions are, just know that I will kill you both if any of you have the thought of destroying the city that lies at the center of the world"
The lord of the skies, Ythocra then disappeared.
"Anyway... if you want to go there, you will have to suppress your power. If you don't, people over there will go crazy"
Hugo then flew back to the city, leaving the dragon alone.
