Chapter 35 - CH35:GRIM'S RAGE.

Grim walked with one hand supporting him against the walls of his spaceship while the other covered his bleeding eye socket that throbbed in high amounts of pain.

Black blood oozed out as he felt his flesh nearly come out. It was bad that his eye was taken out but the fact that a little girl did it was angering him more than ever.

He grinned, groaned and growled angrily as he punched, kicked, and broke everything around him. Whenever a Granian would try to assist his wounds, he'd always chase them away with either a scream or by hitting them.

Now that he was left alone, he stood in front of a mirror and glared angrily at his face. One side of his head had a perfectly working eye socket while the other end had an empty hole oozing with drops of black blood that slowly begun to dry.

In all his years of conquering planets, slaughtering his foes and conquering many, he had never been injured in such a humiliating way. The more he looked at his empty socket, the more he sneered and cursed at himself as his claws dug deeper into his palms as he folded his fists.

The embarrassment and shame from the wound was enough to motivate to seek out revenge, if only he could find the girl responsible for it. "I swear, even if it's the last thing I do. I will not rest until I kill the girl responsible for this. I'll do it in front of that boy to make the pain even more unbearable." He said to himself.

"Err....Lord Grim?" One Granian called out with a worried look on their face. Grim angrily and slowly twisted his neck as he glared with his good eye. "What the hell do you want?" He asked angrily with his veins bulging from the soft sides of his body.

"W-we have....t-terrible news..." The Granian said as they handed a screen over to Grim. The Granian general grabbed the screen and watched a video playing out.

The video showed Cherry escaping from the ship, getting into an escape pod and disappearing into the vast emptiness of the Earth's atmosphere.

Grim's anger turned into rage as his black skin developed a reddish hue. His eyes, sorry, eye nearly bulged out of his socket as he endlessly gnashed his teeth repeatedly against each other.

He smashed the screen under his palms and stopped on the glass like a little child. The Granian that presented the screen to him slowly walked away as they hoped not to get hit by Grim while he was having an episode.

"AAAAHHHH....." Grim screamed so loud that some of the weak pieces of glass around him broke into millions of tiny pieces. His scales on his body were fully erect, showing how deep his rage was and how hot it burned.

Now not only did he have to capture Ace, he now had to find his sister as well and also get revenge for his lost eye.

The day really wasn't looking up for him but since shouting endlessly wasn't going to do him any good, he stormed off to the main conference-like hall in his ship.

In there, he was welcomed by three dark gray Granians, each with different physiques that made them stand out. One had a single horn like a unicorn. The other had green and red patches of flesh all over, making it look like a diseased cow hybrid. The last one surprisingly had red hair going down its body that complemented it's feminine body. Yes, one of Grim's top fighters was a female Granian, a rare gender to find outside their home planet.

Their English names were respectfully One Horn, Murdock and Garnett the Huntress. As soon as they saw their leader walk into the room with all his scales erect, they knew that something terrible had happened.

Huntress, the name she preferred to be called, bowed before Grim as she said with her smooth, seductive voice, "Lord Grim. What miserable soul dares to anger his grace?" She smirked.

Grim's scales slowly went down as he smirked back at her. He gently held her curvy waist and said, "Even rage could not overcome your sweet words." He replied with a deep sigh.

"One Horn, I need you to lead troops to set up camp. These humans are spreading too quickly and if I'm correct, that teleporter gun has sent the subject somewhere not too far from here." He then looked at Murdock and said, "I'll need you to go with my lovely huntress and look for this boy." He showed them a picture of Ace using a different screen.

"Doesn't look like much to me," She said, rather feeling disappointed in Ace's physique. "This is the boy that's keeping us on this planet?"

"We will find him, Lord Grim," Murdock bowed with his left hand on his chest. Huntress kissed Grim passionately on his lips before she and Murdock left the room. One Horn left a few short minutes later but before he did, he locked into Grim's eye socket and said, "I can bring you a healer or a mechanic to design a mechanical eye for you if you like."

"No. Don't bother." He said angrily. "I want this to remind me of that little girl and how much I'll enjoy to bathe in her blood once I rip her body apart."

------

While One Horn and Grim spoke, Huntress and Murdock were in the weapon's room selecting a couple of items they needed before they set out into the new planet's harsh conditions.

Equiped with special mech armor sets, Murdock and Huntress began stocking up on weapons. Murdock held a small, metallic navy blue cube that shape shifted into a large, powerful blaster. He tapped it again and it turned back into a cube, which he put away in his mech armor's pocket.

He then got a few sleeping dirt's and went to the hand-to-hand combat room that had all sorts of weapons mounted on the walls. However, his favorite weapon was a large staff with thick, rectangular blades coming out from either ends. He held it in his scaly arms and swung them playfully while he smiled. "This will give me much joy." He said to himself.

Huntress, on the other hand, didn't carry any fancy cubes that turned into guns, nor did she carry and sleeping dirt's. She had a regular sized Granian blaster that had four barrels, each with different shooting roles and strengths. After putting it away, she selected her traditional weapon from the hand-to-hand combat room. It was a medium sized, circular blade with inscriptions on them. The edges of the blade were sharp enough to cut metal like it was butter and yet, she was holding it like it was nothing.

"That'll give you much joy," She said to Murdock. "This'll cause my prey much pain." With that said, both Granians put on helmets with small capsules on the sides. Each of the capsules were filled with red gas that provided their bodies with the abilities to adapt steadily to the Earth's environmnet.

"Oh, almost forgot." Huntress said as she returned with two translators and a scanner which she put on her arm. "This'll help us speak with those humans and this scanner will inform us of any environmental changes."

"Understood." Murdock replied calmly as he walked out of the ship with Huntress not far behind.

"Aaaaahhhhh." Ace and Sky fell from the sky as they were both weakened, disoriented and confused about what just happened.

One moment, they were about to get shot with some random blue flashes and now, they found themselves rematerializing as they plummeted from hundreds of feet from the sky.

Ace quickly air swam closer to Sky and wrapped his body around her weak one. He then closed his eyes and focused his partial transformation skill on his back.

In a few short seconds, blood tentacles shot out from his back and quickly latched onto the ground, slowly breaking his fall with Sky still in his arms.

However, the tentacles didn't provide a comfortable fall since they both crashed greatly. Sky's body ached in pain due to the fall while Ace's hurt almost every for a few short seconds. He gently lifted Sky up as he looked around his surroundings.

The teens found themselves in a large, desert biome with a forest edge behind them. To his front, he could see a small, faint image of a city structure so they had about six hours by foot to get there. "I think I see a shelter not too far away from us," He said to Sky. "Maybe if we move now, we'll make it by nightfall."

"Ace...please...." Sky pleaded with her softened, fading voice. "I cannot walk any further. My muscles ache far too much and my body's too weak. I need to eat something."
