[The Gates]
A total of three massive Gates were erected just above the Planet's atmosphere. These Gates, surrounded by all the Granian and Cyclitharan ships prepped for War, were one of the many trump cards the Granians possessed.
With the Gates, a shift in Space Travel was going to occur. Instead of taking hours, days, weeks, months, or light years to traverse from one zone to another, these Gates would make it possible for ships to move instantly from one place to another, no matter the distance.
Leading the movement of the Ships was the Granian Lord, Lord Grania, who flew his ship into the largest Gate. Accompanying him was the fifth Human Skyler and together, they set out to find and kill the High Grade that crippled their strongest asset.
