The fight came to an abrupt end shortly after it started with the Blood Bishop emerging victorious at the expense of the Blood Knight's dignity. The Blood Knight, beaten to a bloody pulp just as she had "asked for", was left lying in a large crater while her body reverted to its Human form.
The Blood Knight breathed slowly and painfully as she forced herself to look at her brother. The Blood Bishop, with his anger slowly cooling down, towered over his sister with a look of fear, worry, and a false sense of compassion all mixed together, added with an underlying concern for the young woman.
As he heard her whizzing for air, Ace felt compelled to heal his sister and so, instead of waiting for her regenerative abilities to kick in, he bought a quick and effective healing potion from his Blood Store and fed it to her while saying;
