"Ugh…where am I?" asked a new voice.
"This…is not Brooklyn." realized Sebas, the brother in all but blood(cousins) of Kevin.
"Why is there so much fog…and run down houses?" Sebas pointed out the scenery, which soon came to life with…
"BOO!" "WWWAAAGGH!" "DDREDREDREDRE!"
All sorts of ghosts appeared around him, howling, heckling, and cackling right in his face.
"What the…real ghosts?!" Sebas exclaimed.
"Bum bum…" his heart thrummed with power in response to the supernatural in front of him.
"Trace…" Words came to the forefront of his mind.
"Trace on! I am the bone of my sword!" Sebas shouted, and suddenly a special weapon appeared.
"Eh?" Sebas squeaked out, as the weapons aura pushed the spirits back to their possessions deeper in the town.
"This…is an executioner's black key. A weapon used to deal with supernatural creatures via biblical means…" realized Sbeas, who inspected the key to see whether it was real.
"Yup, here are the sacraments! Oh boy, am I really the lonely archer from a hill of swords?" complained Sebas, who now realized some of his situation.
"Wait, if that's the case, then Kevin must have the Boosted Gear! At least I know he'll be safe, so I guess I'll just travel around and socialize, see the new world we're in." Sebas decided, and began heading further into the haunted town.
–1 hour's worth of travel later–
"Dear me, it appears many ectoplasmic subjects are attempting to assault me! It's a good thing my prototype is finally finished." stated a decidedly eager voice, belonging to a short professor with a strange contraception equipped to him.
The professor fought off the specters around him by sucking them into the vacuum-like device, containing them for further research or something else.
"Hm? Is that another human I see?" the professor known as E. Gadd noticed, and soon rushed to greet a fellow member of his rare species.
"Well if there are more ghosts, black keys aren't the only way I could drive them off...I can use many different Holy weapons in Emiya's arsenal and that should suffice. If any are too strong then I'll bring out higher tier Noble Phantasms…" Sebas was ruminating on how to deal with any stray ghost that may come his way, and therefore did not see the professor until it was too late.
"Oh ho…a new human in these lands, how wonderful!" E. Gadd exclaimed next to sebas.
"Ack! Who the hell…hey you're actually human and not a ghost!" Sebas noticed.
"You are correct. I am Professor E. Gadd, researcher of the supernatural, especially ghosts." Replied E. Gadd.
"I see…I'm sebas, a wandering swordsman(?). Nice to meet you professor."
"A Swordsman you say? In that case, I must inquire if I could hire you for the job of cleansing this kingdom of its ghosts." The professor asked Sebastián.
"That's a good question…ok, I'll do the job on two conditions. One, I'm only killing feral ghosts, and defeating the rest non lethally. Second, once this mission is done, I want you to fund my adventures, since you'll definitely become a royal scientist." Sebas demanded.
"Fair deal Swordsman. Here's the starting pay, since some friendly ghosts have stores that may equip you for the journey around the kingdom." The professor said as he handed 500 gold coins(equivalent to 5 1-ups, 5000 points, so 5000 American dollars).
