I rubbed my injured foot and watched as she dumped the basket on me before storming off.
Mess with her fiance? When did I do that? Wasn't it the other way round?
I wonder if I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. That's probably why everyone keeps blaming me even though I have done nothing.
I decided to stay quiet since it was Sofia's wedding. I wouldn't want to ruin it. Besides, father's keen eyes had been on me the entire time, sending warnings.
He still hasn't changed. Always thinks the worst of me.
I shook my head and followed Sofia as the couple were made to stand under the moonlight to take their second vows with the moon goddess as witness.
My foot hurt badly, yet I managed to keep the pain in. I promised to be there with Sofia the entire time today and I will uphold that promise. She moved the wedding up just to have me attend. I won't disappoint her.
