“Thank you.” She sighed against his neck and he felt his throat constrict, for it wasn’t anger he felt when he held her, but gratitude and love.
“None of that Thank you, business.” He said when he pulled away and she nodded, looked into his eyes,
“We’ll need to talk.” She said, and he nodded,
“We will, once we know what to do to the cowardly bloke. Once we’re safe and home.” She nodded and took his hand, grateful when their hands intertwined.
