“What are you talking about, Rika?” She feigns innocence.
“Acting coy, are you? Well, that’s fine. Even if you don’t tell me, the proof is all over you.” Seeing her confusion, Rika points to various points on her neck, collarbone, and arms, which are exposed from her low-cut, sleeveless shirt. “Don’t tell me a dog left all those bite marks on you.”
“What?!” Kei pulls out her compact mirror and examines herself. “Oh no, I didn’t realize they were this noticeable. Why didn’t she say anything?” Kei pulls her shirt up and crosses her arms as her cheeks fill with rich color, feeling exposed. “Please pretend you didn’t see anything!”
