“Oh, my gosh! Look who it is! Our dearly departed Nadia has returned from the dead!” Sienna is the first to acknowledge Nadia as she walks into the classroom.
Everyone’s attention is now on Nadia as she makes her way to her desk. “Good evening to you too Sienna.” She sits and takes out her books, wanting to act as natural as she can.
It’s silent for a moment, everyone now watching Professor Krümmel to see what she’ll do. She organizes some papers on her desk and then instructs, “Everyone, please turn to page fifty in your books. Today we’ll be discussing the inner anatomy of a vampire.” She carries on with her lecture as if it’s a normal day.
“Aww, that’s no fun.” Sienna is the only one to say anything, but even she doesn’t press further.
After a few hours, they are dismissed for their hour break. Everyone gathers their things and prepares for their dinner plans, but just as Nadia and Sienna are leaving to grab a bite from the cafeteria, she’s called back.
