We are now inside our father's office. Father is sitting beside mother while big brother Qiang and big brother Rong are sitting beside me.
“Is that the reason why the personal knight of the crowned prince escorted you back here?” mother asked,
“I think so?” I said.
“Did you do something to the imperial family of Li?” big brother Rong asked.
“I don’t think so?” I answered.
“Then why did their imperial majesties inform me to arrange your marriage with the crowned prince?” father asked.
“Sorry for my words, but why are you asking me, Father? Also, can I rest now?” I said.
“I just can’t think of something that you did to make his majesty, the emperor, arrange the marriage of the crowned prince to you, you may go back to your room and prepare yourself for tomorrow… his majesty wants to see you personally,” father said.
“Thank you, father… See you later, mother and brothers,” I said. I curtsy then left the room.
When I entered my room, I layed down on my bed then closed my eyes.
“Dear Gods and Goddesses of Nethilor, I hereby request an audience with you to ask what’s on my mind… may you give me the permission for this might help me in the future,” I said while keeping my eyes closed.
“You may open your eyes, our dearest child… you have now entered our realm to speak with us,” someone said and it is a ‘she’. I opened my eyes and saw a beautiful woman with green hair and emerald eyes.
“Who are you?” I asked her.
“I am the Goddess of nature, you can call me Emeralda,” she said. She helped me to get up then lead the way to the other gods and goddesses.
“Uhm… Emeralda, is it alright if I ask what my role is other than making sure that Nethilor is safe from Sankoria and Demosia?” I asked.
“We will discuss that later, you ask for an audience with us so we grant your plead… remember that you just need to call one of us, and we will be with you wherever you are, but we won’t be able to help you solve the problems that you will encounter in the future… and~” Emeralda wasn’t able to finish her reminders because someone interrupted us.
“Why are you so talkative? You’re not yet here and she’s not yet meeting us, but you talk as if you will send her consciousness back to her body! You’re unfair!” the girl with blue eyes and dark blue hair.
“Aira, stop being so childish,” the guy with crimson red eyes and red rose hair.
“By the way, dear… she is Aira, the Goddess of Wind and Firo, the God of Fire,” Emerald introduces the Goddess with blue hair and the God with red hair.
“Nice to meet you, I’m Quincy Liu,” I introduced myself.
“Where are the others?” Emerald asks.
“They’re somewhere and they said that they can’t meet her,” Firo said.
“That’s unfortunate,” Emerald said.
“So, do you mind telling me what my role is?” I ask.
“Your role is to…” Firo said.

I opened my eyes and saw that it is almost dinner time. I got off my bed, then called my maid.
“My lady! My lady!” my personal maid shouted while running in the hallway.
“What is it?” I asked her.
“The emperor and the empress sent imperial knights as your personal knight, my lady,” she said.
“Say what?!!” I shouted.
“They’re inside your father’s office, my lady,” she said.
“Aish… why are they taking action immediately?!” I whispered so that no one would be able to hear it.
“Let’s go,” I said.
“My lady… did something happen between you and the imperial family?” she asked.
“No… nothing happened, except for the fact that Clode Waryknight escorted me back here,” I said while we’re walking.
“How many did the imperial palace send to be my guard?” I asked.
“Four imperial knights, my lady,” she said.
“What?!” I shouted, then walked faster. I hate having a lot of knights… two is enough, but four knights? No way… too much responsibility for me if I have that number of guards or escorts.
“Father, sorry for the intrusion, but may I ask, why did the imperial palace send four knights here? Why didn’t you refuse their majesties’ order?” I asked immediately without knocking at his office’s door.
“They said in their letter that it is for your protection… also having a lot of guards is normal for the crowned princess since you need to get used to it,” Father said.
“Then why didn’t you refuse their order?” I ask.
“Because I can’t go against their imperial majesties,” father said. Oh, yeah… he’s right, but he can ask them to at least remove two of the four knights because the second squad is almost always here in our residence to practise.
I sighed.
“Fine, I will not argue about this anymore… I’d like to eat now, can we go straight to the dining area to eat dinner? Also, you don’t mind them joining our dinner, right? I can see that they were sent here without having dinner,” I said to my father.
“No need, your highness…. We’re fine and we’ll eat together with the Grand Duke’s squad,” the guy with brown hair and yellow orange eyes said.

“We apologise… I am Crystal Waryknight, the little sister of Clode Waryknight and the second in command after my brother,” the girl with light blue wavy hair which is tied up in a ponytail and she also has light brown eyes.
“I am Geordinio Horlaine, the first son of Marquess Horlaine,” the guy with black hair and ruby eyes.
“I am Vlademeer Crustia, the youngest son of Baron Crustia,” the guy with pink hair and golden eyes.
“I am Harchen Westia, the eldest son of Baron Westia,” the guy with violet black hair and blue eyes.
“Nice meeting the four of you… can we eat now, father? Also, I’m not taking a ‘no’ as an answer,” I said.
“But your highness…” Crystal said.
“I said you will eat with us, if you don’t want to… then you’re free to go back to where you belong,” I said. You might think that I’m harsh to them, but they’re one of our people now, so their tummies can be full and they will do their jobs perfectly.
“We will follow her highness,” they said in defeat. We started walking towards the dining area. When we entered, we saw my mother and my brothers sitting on their chairs.
“Mom, older brothers, the four of them will be my personal knight starting today… they were also from the imperial palace,” I said as I sat on my chair. Harchen helped me to sit. They bowed down and greeted mother and elder brothers.
“The four of you may sit down, feel comfortable while you're here, but not too comfortable,” I said. They all answered ‘yes’ then sat on the chairs.
“After dinner, rest for a few minutes before going to bed… especially Quincy, who will meet their majesties tomorrow,” father said.
“Yes, father,” I said, then continued eating.
