As the door clicked shut behind Aphrodite Kate took a slow step back putting extra space between her and the angry and jealous goddess. She wasn't sure where Hermes went but she wished he would show back up already. The look on Aphrodite's face made her want to dive under her bed, but she wasn't about to let her know that.
"Hello again, Aphrodite," she said crossing her arms.
Aphrodite sneered, "It has been a long time since we have seen each other," she stepped menacingly closer, "I believe the last time you hurt my precious boy, I don't think I ever repaid you for that." She rubbed her hands together and sparks of pink energy began to pop off of her perfect skin making the hair on Kate's arms stand straight up.
