Chereads / DIRTY TRILOGY: DIRTY DESIRES / Chapter 22 - EVIL PLAN

Chapter 22 - EVIL PLAN

"Why are you here?" Brows knitted into a frown, Klauss asked Narco. The golden-eyed young man exhibits his famous big mischievous grin at him. Narco didn't pay any attention to Klauss anymore, completely ignoring his nanny's existence in the place like he was just like an air.

Narco sashayed towards his so-called rich daddy, Mort, with one hand buried inside his pocket and his right hand was big open as if he was asking for the penny.

"The payment." The young knavish man reached his hand to Mort. If truth be told, Narco has been sitting on a pot of gold ever since. All his needs were bestowed upon him by Mort. He grew up spoiled and stubborn. It was all Mort's fault Klauss was having a hard time dealing with their adopted brat. 'My service comes for a price. Nothing personal.' Narco snickered on his mind and he could still hear Klauss sighing audibly in the back.

Klauss' pair of arctic blue eyes which are as cold as the Arctic glaciers were now blazing with flame. If only he had pyrokinesis, Narco would have been lying toasted and roasted.

Nostrils flares, Klauss quickly goes to the front between Narco and Mort. "What does this rebellious kid of yours mean, Boss? Did you wire him money to rob your own company?" Klauss asked but Mort didn't even look at him.

"Who the hell do that?" Mort asked, completely unbothered. He looked at Narco's two friends on the sofa making themselves feel at home.

"Then what's the 20 billion for?" Klauss's hysterical question. He became even more convinced that the two of them are responsible for the loss of half of Mort's company's fortune. 'This father and son duo are a pain in my ass ... their pair is truly unbearable!'

Mort traverses over to his office table and sat down on his swivel chair and took something from the piles of the document.

"This is the payment for the editing software he asks me to do."

It was Narco who replied that he had crossed his arms over his well-built chest. Chins up, he confronted Klauss.

"I was the one doing it." Suddenly, one of Narco's twin friends, Lyric, who was sitting on the sofa, fiddled with the phone butts in.

20 years old. Stood six-four-foot, Lyric has a buffed body physique. He has a pair of midnight blue eyes under his round glasses. His silver-white hair was undercut. Beneath his turtleneck upper garment lies his tattoed body. With his handsome look, teens were surely come drooled over him.

He sits in the place looking calm and cool like a well-mannered fella and slightly adjusts his eyeglass sliding down his sharp-pointed nose. Klauss looked in Lyric's direction with a blank expression and immediately turned his gaze back to Narco.

"Then why are you the one demands for it, Narco?" Klauss asked with his jaw clenched at Narco's brazen-faced nature.

"Because I'm their Boss." Lips lifted into a grin, Narco answered him like truly a Boss. Rebellious and ill-mannered.

"Who died and made you the Boss?" Klauss asked again but Narco ignored his question. Instead, he turned his gaze to Klauss's reddened cheek and brilliantly swerve the topic.

"What happens to your cheeks?" Narco asked as Klauss' visage gradually blushed in red with anger as he remembered Sumire slapping him. ‘Not a single attack of my enemies has succeeded to perch on my body yet that stinky leech dared to land a blow on me? That is a grave offense!'

Narco noticed the redness disperse all over Klauss' face and cruise to his ear making him grin impishly. He already had an idea in mind who did it to him but he wanted to tease his old nanny.

"You must really LOVE her if you abhor her that much," Narco said in a serious tone and at the same time cast a quick glance at Mort sitting in the swivel chair whose face was darkened and his menacing aura uncontrollably spreading and crawling all over the place with what he heard.

Flesh and bones trembling with anger, Klauss confronted Narco and began swearing, cursing the maiden's name again. 'I'll have my revenge the next time I'd see her.' His eyes were glazed and almost popping out from their socket. Klauss is already glaring at Narco.

"Say one more word and I will--" Klauss was interrupted when Lyric rudely interferes.

"Who's the lucky girl?" Lyric asked as Klauss's nostrils got bigger like a bull, smoking in rage.

"She must be the luckiest girl walking on this planet. She was able to make this clean-freak demon falls head over heels to her,"

The blonde-curly-haired guy who had a similar undercut to his twin brother also has a buff body. He had orbs of galaxy blue eyes. He shares the same height as Lyric. He wears his clothes like a prince, neat and orderly. Leroy suddenly and naively added, unwittingly ignited what his twin said. His eyes were focused on the games he was playing on the phone. Unaware of Mort's darkened face, oozing a huge amount of darkness on his seat, darted on him, who was sitting just behind him.

"The God gifted you all the qualities that typical girls are looking for. You are definitely the man of their dreams. Their ideal mate." Leroy seriously added that there is no hint of sincerity and genuine in what he says.

Klauss wanted to spout lava from his stand out of anger. He was mad at them for pairing him with a nearly extinct specie. 'She must be exterminated, she's too dangerous to be left alive.'

"She's not some typical girl you see on the street," Mort said in his deep, threatening voice. He truly dislikes what he heard from Leroy.

"Then, the lucky one here is Mr. Michaelis." Lyric said once applauding and still nodding his head one after another in fake enthusiasm.

"Are you insinuating that only commoners will like me?" Klauss said as he restrained himself not to throw the ballpen he was holding the young computer nerd.

"I didn't say that. But if that's your interpretation of what Leroy said, so then be it." Lyric answered him unenthusiastically and just like Narco, he also ignored Klauss's scorching glare at him.

"Wow. The audacity to talk back. The young ones today are truly uncultured. How disheartening. " Klauss said, and heave a sigh of disappointment at the boys in front of him who aren't taking him seriously. 'They really share the same feathers, Jesus.'

"Don't blame your bitterness on today's generation. You're just old." Narco replied as he walked towards his big daddy's table and took the check that Mort handed to him.

Narco immediately drew a wide smile on his face and his eyes sparkled with gold because of the huge amount of money he got from his so-called father. "This man never failed to amaze me with his money." Narco giggled inside his mind.

Klauss approached them with a defiant look. "Are you really going to give him such a large amount, Boss? He's already stolen bundles of money from the company. Isn't that enough?" Klauss asked but he got ignored again by Mort.

Narco turned his attention to what Klauss said. "What do you mean by the money I stole?" Narco asked innocently as Klauss' blood boiled in rage and raised an eyebrow at the young man.

"Don't act like an innocent, you unholy prick. I have evidence." Klauss said and gave Narco a degrading look, directly telling him stealing was for a lowborn people.

"I'm just politely asking because I have no clue what you're talking about," Narco said uninterestingly and shrugged while thrusting his hands into his pocket and met Klauss's eyes full of contempt at him.

"And are you sure about that? If I steal from the company, Mort will easily pay for it. It's just a cents to him." Narco added, nonchalantly.

Klauss couldn't believe what Narco said. It was as if he was talking to the solid wall. Narco felt no shame at all. 'He really got a brazen-faced doubled..'

"You are not thinking at all. Where did you spend that much money?" Klauss asked suspiciously but Narco's eyes were fixed on the twin. Lyric and Leroy on the sofa were busy playing and simply don't care about what is happening around them. They were stuck in their own world.

"Eat that fucking bomb, you dumb nitwit!" Leroy cussed loudly that he almost crushed the phone's screen of his tight grip. He almost fell from the handrest of the sofa where he was sitting when Lyric struck him with a pillow in the face.

"Will you shut that mouth of yours, Leroy? Your voice is disturbing. You're making me lose my game." Lyric said angrily and went back to playing but he didn't expect Leroy's strike was twice stronger than what he did to him.

Lyric's face smash into the phone he was holding.

"You lost." Notify of the game.

"You slimy, son of a bitch!"

Lyric angrily turned on his twin brother and began hitting him back with a pillow. Leroy now has a big grin on his lips and later bursts into laughter annoying Lyric to the extreme. In less than a second, the two of them were having a brawl on the sofa. They strangle each other's neck and shamelessly cause a mess in the room. Well, that's how they show love for one another.

"I donated it to the charity," Narco replied and turned back his gaze to Klauss.

"Do you think your claim is something to believe in?" Tomorrow you will be detained after the meeting with the shareholders." Klauss said but Narco was unbothered with such a threat. 'Hell you may suffer in constipation in jail, you damn weasel.' Klauss uttered inside his mind.

Narco was about to answer when Mort suddenly spoke and hindered them.

"That's enough," Mort commanded the two of them and turned to Narco once reaching for a black sticky note. "I have an errand for you. This time, make no trouble. I trusted you with this one." He added and Narco immediately took what Mort handed him.

After Narco got the note, the three of them: Lyric, Leroy, and him left Mort's office without a word. Klauss was left cleaning up the mess of the twins earlier.

.........

At seven o'clock in the evening, the team's shooting ended. Clamors of stuffs echoing as they fix the studio equipment. Sumire also couldn’t help but hear the staff whisper about Mort’s sudden visit to the set. They were getting ready to go home when the Head Director suddenly spoke.

"Guys, since you have 2 days off let's have dinner at the Coittè resto-bar tonight. All drinks are on me. My treat." He said that the staff was pleased with what they hear.

"Great timing, I'm already famished."

"I want to get drunk tonight!"

"Let's go hit the place!"

"YES!"

Thunderous noise filled the entire set. Sumire would have refused the offer as she wanted to go home early to have rest when Eiryss raised an eyebrow at her.

"Even though I haven't the least idea about what is going on between you and that giant yummy hunk, I can say. I know you are not okay. Take this opportunity to distract yourself."

Eiryss whispered to her once flashed her calming smile. Sumire was about to refuse her for the second time when Trevor suddenly came to their place.

"You're coming, right?" Trevor asked with a beaming smile making Sumire nod in agreement. Just one smile of him makes her agree in one second! 'Damn Sumire, show some modesty!' The maiden reprimands herself.

Victoria, on the other hand, who prayed that the person she hated in the room would decline, was overwhelmed with annoyance. She didn't like Sumire's agreement to Trevor's offer. But an evil plan formed in her mind.

She glared at Sumire, oozing a villain vibe that the right side of her lip lifted.

"I'm going to make your night a nightmare to remember."
