Xentia drove the space bus to the designated uninhabited island. Darkness had calmed down and perched on Fortuna's arm, eating many high-class foods and grains that she had never enjoyed before.
"If you thought I would forgive you for this, you were very wrong." Darkness voiced her protest again. She was bribed with food, and she couldn't accept it.
"Yeah, yeah... sorry. Here's an extra portion for you. We also have some good seafood and meat." Fortuna rolled her eyes and offered another plate for the whining birb.
"Munch, mng, crunch..." Darkness voiced many other complaints, but her words became unscrambled because her beak was full of food.
Regardless, Fortuna managed to tame the angry Goddess of Darkness with good food, thanks to Elysia's advice.
