Things have definitely been changing for me lately. And well, not only me really, but for others as well. Reggie, Ilana, Ashle, and everyone that I had come to know here in Colorado Springs, but mostly for me, Ilana, Reggie and Ashle. We had found our mates, and that meant that we had needed to adjust our entire lives. Not that it was a bad thing.
I had talked with Reggie a lot lately, trying to figure everything out when it came to this whole situation. I had known Reggie for a long time, since I was a rookie in the FBI and needed some guidance. She and I had bonded right away, mostly because we weren't human, and that gave us something to talk about. Now though, we were pretty close, almost like family.
Well, I guess that we could really call ourselves family now. Our mates were first cousins, and that meant that we were literally marrying into the same family. It was pretty interesting in my opinion. I was glad that we had this bond.
