The leaders left in haste, Hubris told them they had only a day to get their things in order and they would all leave for Asgard immediately after.
The most important reason they needed the day was to build the bridge they've been building all across the worlds, to connect this one to Asgard, so that they could also be safe from random invasions.
They hadn't considered building one connecting to the underworld but now they had every reason to. As strong as Kiro was with his vibrations, jumping every being to Asgard would drain him dry and whose to say they wouldn't arrive up there while they were in the middle of a fight.
"Get with it Hubris, I'm anxious I don't know why."
Hubris was still in his head though, thinking. He had been thinking about where the bridge would be, long and hard. He had little kids around his castle but he also didn't want it to be so far away that they would need to walk a good distance before reaching it.
