This is a novel world where the war between Legatio and Imperius is ruled by each faction's respective gods.

Legatio has its own kingdom ruled by one god or goddess while Imperius is one whole kingdom under the rule of 13 Primordials.

Each Godlike being has its own special characteristics and abilities that distinguish between Primordials and gods, here is the list of contents.

Legatio 12 gods, They have a real form and only one existence that can be seen by the inhabitants of Julios, usually they live in magnificent temples or special temples that only a few selected people can enter. although they have their own kingdom but they do not forget the duties they have as gods in Legatio even though the Goddess's duties are more than the God's side but it is a form of equality of power of each God being in Legatio. >

But behind the war of these two factions, there is another strong group that has its own duties and is not bound by the two factions.

Seven Grand Sage, Seven Grand Sages who have proficiency in magic recognized by the Goddess of Magic and Rune and Primordial Arcane as the strongest Magic user in the Julios, they are a group that is not interested in the war between the two faction because they are neutral and have a place of learning. namely Avalache Tower which is full of magician, although these 7 people are neutral but do not apply to students who study at Avalache Tower but when they choose sides then the Balance of the war will be crumbling because one Grand sage is enough to battle against one primordial and God at the same time.

Carastro, A cult that serves of outer God. the natural enemy of the Seven Grand Sages. This cult adheres to the belief of Outer God where they are victims of the cruelty of the war between the two faction and ask the Outer Force for help, even sacrifice everything if necessary, currently there are only rumors until one of Sage got missing suspected of being the cause from Outer god, Seven Grand sage declare War to Carastro members and cult.

Guoldas, a guild union which employs any adventurer who has its own government whether it is an auction site, recruitment of human resources to paid workers depending on the wishes of the commissioner, the nature of this group is Guild Interest over personal Interest which is approved by the God of Adventure and Primordial Chaos as the Guild is non political or religion related, only for interest.

The magic system in Julios must use incantation which distinguishes the origin of the magic, although the magic here does not use magic sources such as mana or any form of magic source but incantation is the key to activating it. the most obvious difference is that the Coven emits black Miasma, Laplas emits blue light, Vival emits Green Energy, Rho emits energy vortex manifestations.

Everyone can learn magic whether it's laplas or vival but sometimes in each city there are separate rules where the use of magic that is not in accordance with the region must be limited, For example. in certain Cities of Legatio, you can't use Laplas Magic once you use it, either you get banished or put in jail or worse become slave.

It is impossible for a magician not use incantation because it doesn't show the origin of the magic itself, but because of the obvious of the manifestation of magic, it can be distinguished but it is a separate phenomenon for non-incantation Magician, to do it alone considers them to be geniuses above geniuses but the real reality is to be proficient in magic without incantation, you need to know how the magic works itself even for Grand Sage class is hard to do non-incantation magic.

Magic has no rank but how it use in this world, Everyone can learn any magic they wishes but some magic can't be learn by read and training alone (Coven Magic for example, need permission of Outer God to able use it or Join the cult) Rho Magic also included because make synergy upon Vival And Laplas is hard thing to do, because this two magic eating each other (Primordial magic and God Magic have their own rule that cannot by combine together unless the one who figure it out how it work to combine those two opposing magic for example, Primordial Fire Magic and Fire God Magic. Primordial Fire magic is Purest fire while Fire God Magic is Majestic Fire that cannot be contain. Pure and Majestic as equivalent of Innocent and Prideful, You must make synergy upon it to be able create Rho Magic)

Coven > Magic from outer God.

Laplas > Magic from Legatio God.

Vival > Magic from Imperius Primordial.

Rho > Unique Magic combined from Laplas and Vival, Only Grand Sage is able to use it if someone able to use it other than Seven Grand Sage, they have the right to become the next candidate to be One of Sage.
