"Two weeks? Hmm…okay," Noah managed to steal a glance at Sarah, who had been gazing out the window before ending the call with Daniel. Daniel had called to inform him that he would be there in two weeks after settling everything on his end.
"What are you thinking?" Noah asked, but Sarah didn't respond. "Sarah?"
"Huh?" Sarah looked puzzled as she wiped the tears that had suddenly dropped from her eyes.
"Are you crying?" Noah was surprised. He quickly pulled the car over after seeing her teary eyes. "Is there something wrong?"
"Ah no, nothing, I was just yawning earlier," Sarah said, trying to brush off her emotions and the thoughts that had been plaguing her mind.
