Sarah's awkward laughter filled the silent air as the call ended. She glanced elsewhere, contemplating the best way to keep Zara there until Noah arrived.
"So, Noah said he will send someone to bring the cash, 60 right?" Sarah looked at Zara, who had been eyeing her cautiously.
"How long?" Zara asked, a hint of worry in her voice, in case one of the women she hired betrayed her and reported this to Grace. After all, Grace held power.
"Hmm, I think about fifteen minutes?" Sarah replied, knowing full well she was lying. She had no idea where Noah was at that moment, so she couldn't accurately estimate how long it would take for him to arrive.
"Then..." Zara paused, hesitating for a moment before continuing, "Can you help me with something?"
"What is it?" Sarah asked, her curiosity obvious in her eyes.
