~Zephirin~
The autumn leaves crunched under my feet. I made a move to approach Xerek in the blooming garden of roselia flowers.
I knocked his mask out of the way. Xerek stood, dumbfounded. I held a beasts head in my hand, despair glowing in my eyes. The creature whimpers.
Xerek stepped back, his fingers trembling at the sight of the beast. "Hush now, Xerek. It's alright. It can't hurt you, it's dead, " I whispered in my silky, soft voice. Xerek paled.
"What is the meaning of this?"
"I was hoping you'd tell me, " I uttered sternly, approaching him with the beast. Xerek kept moving back, one step after another, terrified to death of the creature in my hand.
"What ty...type of sick jo...joke are you pl...playing at, Zephirin?" his voice shook from fear.
"Are you aware of what Ywain is doing or have you decided to turn a blind eye to his actions? " I interrogated.
