~Laith~
The serenity of the night took the weight off my shoulders. My mind drifted off into deep slumber. The day had been long and I was hoping to get some rest.
Unfortunately, the hope to have a peaceful night went out the window, as voices started chiming in the room. I hadn't heard them in ages, since I gave huanar to Ywain. Not a single whisper next to my ear for months.
I awakened, feeling an invisible cold cage closing in on me. The voices spoke at the same time, making it hard to make out what they were saying. I hugged my body on the body and tried to block out the noise. No one deserves to hear people who don't exist talk to them.
One of the many things I needed to thank Rezelna for, the goddess left me with curses and a darkness that never let me rest. While she rode off into the sunset with the child she wanted and disappeared from the world.
