I regained consciousness to find I was in a strange dark room. My hands were tied behind my back and my body was enclosed in the chair with even stronger ropes.
I struggled to move my hands. I could barely feel my light and didn't know how to get out of this situation. The last memory I had was falling asleep with Prince Zephirin after we grew closer.
"You are awake, good," a voice sounded from the shadows. A spark ignited in the lanterns spread around the room. Eliminating the darkness and giving way to light.
I narrowed my gaze to get a clear view of the person who kidnapped me. Raven hair and almond-shaped hazel eyes came into my line of sight.
"Ywain, thank goodness you are here. Please you have to help me get free, " I implored him.
