Rhon drew me a bath, the others hounded me with questions which I maneuvered my way out of. I built my walls so high that no one succeeded in getting through.
Before they got too close I threw all of them out of the room. Rhon claimed to be working and Sezian refused to move. The two men stubbornly remained in my bathing house.
Rhon retrieved a couple of fluffy, light blue petals from a basket and scattered them on the pool of water. The sunken garden pool was full of warm water.
I enjoyed watching him work, it was a distraction to keep my mind from floating away to dark dangerous thoughts. He was sleek in his movements.
When he was done with the petals, he brought out a pillow and set it on the back of the pool for a headrest. He retreated to my room and returned with three big towels. He set them down on the stool next to the pool and ran his hand in the water to test the temperature.
