Once Bane had finished reading his displayed selections he found himself back in his room, getting off of the bed and checking the alarm clock he sees that it is 9:45am, informing him that only 5 minutes have passed, even when he spent a good half an hour taking his time with the selections.
Closing his eyes and wanting to view his world, Bane sees an earth-like planet, willing himself to appear by a resource rich environment, one moment he was surrounded by space with his planet in front of him and now he is surrounded by green foliage with a river to his right and a forest to his left.
Taking in the beautiful sound and scene around him, he then pulls out a white card with a picture of pale white humanoids with the head of the start animal from the ice age movie, above the picture is 3 stars and below the picture is the name of the card and a small description.

Throwing the card on the ground causes a flash of white light, and in the next moment, 10 Engineers are standing before him, looking around at their surroundings, leaving them to their own devices Bane sinks into his own thoughts about what he wants to do with them, as he does he feels and sees a thin, golden hair-like string connecting to him, its origin point being the 10 Engineers infront of him, each with near invisible golden strings comming out of the top of their heads and weaving together as it travels to him, halfway between him and the Engineers the 10 near invisible strings fully weave together to make the golden hair-like string that Bane can see.
The golden string represents his followers' faith and distracts him until he remembers he needs to be somewhere.
'Hmm, I guess I have to go to the store and buy some time skip cards, cause fuck waiting millennia for them to progress... wait I've got a meet up with Cole at 10:00am...hmm wonder if he has a time flow card on him'
Once Bane remembered that he had a meet up he quickly got changed into clothes and takes his Harley out for a ride to the meet up point.
Once reaching the meet up point and not seeing his friends vehicle, Bane reflects how this world reminds him of how his old world looked like in 2015 with a couple of things being different, such as many stores that look there selling random bits and bobs, but were selling world keys and different resource cards.
The former being items that have a connection to a world and is something that you need to invade another world, while the latter is resources that are in the form of cards because cards are easier to store, but even then some stores use other forms like marbles to make their shops look better/stand out.
After waiting around for a couple of minutes Bane sees his friend pull into the parking lot and waits for him to park his own bike beside his and shut off the engine before trying to talk over the noise.
Once his friend gets off his bike and takes his helmet off they greet each other then walk into a Cafe and order some morning tea for themselves.
Bane is 6.0" with short black hair, dark brown eyes and wearing casual clothes with a leather jacket.
Cole is 6.0" with grey/silver shoulder length hair, red eyes, extremely pale and wearing biker gear.
"So Bane its time, did you finally make your choice already or you holding off until this afternoon?"
"Nah, I already chose earlier this morning. But hey you got any spare time skip or time flow cards?"
"Hm?, yea but you know they're not free man, sorry but at the moment I'm kinda strapped for cash"
"Nah its algood man, I was going to pay for them anyway, I'm just to lazy to go store to store looking for them so thought to just ask you, anyway what you got and how much you want for them?"
"I got two century time skips I'll sell for $50ea a millennia time skip for $450 but no time flow cards sorry"

As they are talking they get interrupted by a waiter serving them their food.

After getting their food they do not get interrupted until they have finished their food, by that time they have already caught up with each other and decided to go to a store selling resource cards to see if they have anything that they might want.
Luckily for them the closest store is 'The Codex' one of the biggest store chains with a reputation of being orderly and to have anything new gods might want, and if the store you are in does not have what you want, you can always ask them to order one for you as they could have it in one of their other stores around the world.
Walking into the store the first thing that stands out to Bane is that it looks like a dairy/corner store/seven-eleven, it even has food and drinks for you to buy but worst of all is that there is a gumball looking machine, but instead of being filled with gumballs it is filled with resource marbles.
