The National Academy is the highest educational institution in the country, where all the students inside are the pride of the nation!
For the purpose of nurturing the talent for the country's use, they provide a rich education and also impose strict regulations, including one that is particularly severe.
If a student shows violent behaviour, they will be expelled from the school.
Once expelled, they will never be able to pass any official examinations for the rest of their lives.
In other words, for students who are reading books inside, if they are expelled from the National Academy, they will never be able to become officials.
How could the imperial court officials accept something like this?
