Later that night, Ziana found herself once again drawn into the realm of the defenders. This time, all five fairies greeted her at the entrance. She was brimming with questions about their existence and the fantastical dreams, but today wasn't the day to question Zayden. She didn't want to put him on edge by probing into her curiosity.
"Lady Ziana," Lilith gracefully flew forward and greeted her with a bow. Her gentle smile mirrored Ziana's face, who returned the greeting with a nod.
"Now that the reaper has unveiled the secrets, you must have a multitude of questions for us. We'll do our best not to disappoint with our answers, my lady," Ember, a male fairy whom Ziana had encountered before, greeted. He placed his tiny hand over his chest in a gesture of respect.
Ziana turned to Zephyr, the grumpy fairy who had remarked about her father during their last encounter. "Are you all real? I mean, not just figments of my imagination in dreams, but do exist for real?"
