TOME 10 PART 82; REGULATING RAINFALL
DAGARA PROVERB;
I don't see how some people can expect Rain to fall on their Land when the Gods are completely parched with Thirst. A Wise Man can regulate the amount of Rainfall that falls on his Land with Acts Of Charity. When his Crops are parched with thirst...he lends resources to another...and his land sees Rain. When his land is flooded...he borrows from another and the Gods withhold Rain. Idiots flood their Lands when they do not understand the meaning of Moderation. Some 'gamble away their Fortunes' and are 'lost in Floods'. Others deprive their 'Allies Of Water' and live in 'Absolute Deserts'.
