TOME 10 PART 31; ASSIGNING SKILLS IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY
DAGARA PROVERB
"In Times Of Emergency, to get the most out of Emergency Survival Skills, it would be best to assign 'Survival Skills' to 'Selfless Leader Types'. Their ability to lead and coordinate will 'automatically' trigger 'Beneficial Stat Effects' for their 'Subordinates' thanks to their 'Range'. Assign these Skills to 'Subordinates' or 'Selfish Leader Types' and the 'Range Of Effect' of these 'Beneficial Stat Effects' will be 'reduced'. It is the job of the leader to raise the 'Survival Skills and Abilities of Their Subordinates'. This can be achieved by understanding the 'Affinities and Personalities' of 'Subordinates' and how these Affinities can act either as 'Amplifiers' or 'Nullifiers'."
