This was the first time Albrecht took a peek at the stats of someone. His eyes almost fell out of their sockets at the stats of the werewolf in front of him.

No wonder he exuded overwhelming confidence. Albrecht didn't even need to check the stats of the vampires around him. He was aware that they were only in their Level 40s

"Oi, I was told the chieftess was dead," Canhinne smirked as he glared at Theresa who was comfortably seated on her bed.

"What are you doing here?" Claude asked, activating his Whitelock Bloodline as he stepped between his mom and the werewolf.

Although he knew he wouldn't stand a chance against the werewolf, he still didn't back down. Hesitation filled his entire system, but he held his ground.

"Oh, a little child trying to stand up for his mother," Canhinne said.

Thwack~!

Before anyone noticed what was happening, Claude was already on the ground, unconscious.

Apparently, Canhinne whipped his hand sideways, swatting Claude like a fly. He sent him flying, and he burst through the walls with a resounding thud.

"And a human... oi oi oi~ why do you have a human in your midst?" Canhinne asked, holding Albrecht by the neck and propping him upward.

"Stop it!" Anastasia gritted her teeth. It was a useless request, however, since there was nothing she could do to make Canhinne change his mind.

He was the most powerful in the group, and he was aware of it.

A commotion could be heard outside as vampires and werewolves clashed against each other. Even though neither side relented, it was clear that the werewolves were overpowering the vampires.

Meanwhile, Albrecht's neck was being squeezed to death, and he uselessly flailed in the air.

It was clear that Canhinne was toying with him. After all, he didn't use his full strength when he gripped his neck.

"So, why are you here, human?" Canhinne showed his fangs at Albrecht.

Without saying anything, Albrecht struggled to point at Canhinne's hand. Then he pointed at his mouth, implying that he couldn't say anything since his throat was getting crushed.

But Canhinne didn't expect an answer from him. Either way, he was going to kill the human in the vampire's midst.

Throughout the history of races, vampires, and werewolves had been mortal enemies since ancient times.

However, one thing these two races have in common was their unilateral hatred of the human race.

That's why it intrigued Canhinne that the vampires brought a human into their tribe.

"You're interesting, I'm taking you with me." Canhinne continued, intending to walk out with Albrecht in tow.

As the leading commander of the Lycanne Army, he knew that bringing a mysterious human to their king would make for a passable sacrifice.

Besides, the vampire race was bound to fall anyways, now that they'd taken over the Whitelock Tribe.

The Whitelock Tribe was the mesh that kept the other vampire tribes together. They were the glue that unified the vampire race.

With their fall, the other vampire tribes were bound to fall to the hands of the werewolves.

[Notice: Killing the lead commander of the Lycanne Army would result in a bad relationship with the Lycanne Tribe Leader]

'Ah shi— 'Albrecht said in his mind as he remembered the other dimensions that resulted in a bad ending.

This was one of the few key decisions he had to do in order to conquer Ground Zero.

After all, the Lycanne Tribe is key to clearing one of the Outerlayer of Ground Zero.

Albrecht took in more information from the System. All this time, Canhinne was holding him by the throat.

As Anastasia and Claude fought against their cowardice, Albrecht turned at them, raising his hand before he nodded his head.

Without thinking twice, the two of them backed down. They could tell that Albrecht could handle himself.

Despite the warning of the System, Albrecht continued to look at the alternate dimensions and their futures. It was only then that he saw that the System was not reliable. After all, even the other Albrechts who allied with the Lycanne Tribe weren't able to conquer the inner layers of Ground Zero.

'Of course, the System only advises the user based on its results. The Lycanne Tribe would certainly be useful, but in the long run, it didn't matter since humanity would lose anyway.' Albrecht said to himself.

There were repercussions if he made an enemy out of the Lycanne Tribe, and it might even result in an earlier defeat of humanity against Ground Zero.

HOWEVER, if he didn't change anything, then the result would always be the same. Humanity will lose, and Ground Zero will take over.

The next thing that Albrecht did was dig in more information about Canhinne Lycanne, the lead commander of the Lycanne Army.

Albrecht gritted his teeth. He was connected with a High Elder... but that didn't matter.

He had made his decision.

[Notice: Are you sure you want to kill the lead commander of the Lycanne Army]

The same notification popped up in front of Albrecht, but he ignored it. He equipped the Mystical Fire Stake anyway.

Since Canhinne assumed that Albrecht was a weak inferior being, he dropped his guard. That's why he didn't even notice when Albrecht stabbed him with a fiery stake.

Fwishhh~

The sound of sizzling skin was heard as Albrecht drove the stake into Canhinne's heart. In an instant, Canhinne turned into ashes.

And just like that, the lead commander of the Lycanne Army was dead. He didn't even know what hit him. He died just like that.

To top it all off, everyone witnessed his death since he was already outside. Vampires and werewolves alike saw how easily the lead commander died. In a split second, the morale of the entire Lycanne Army went down the drain.

Something strange happened. For the first time, Albrecht heard a strange notification from the System.
