Katherine and Ferdinand were at a cafe, enjoying dinner after a day of hanging out with their parents.
"Why do you look uneasy?" she asked.
"I'm thinking about my sister," Ferdinand replied as he ate his quesadilla. "This is the first time I've left her to stay the night... So I'm worried that something bad will happen to her as well," he continued while thinking of Irina.
"Um..." Katherine sliced into the steak. "Then just tell her that you can't come home tonight...I can't tolerate you because I paid dearly so you can stay with me until tomorrow."
"I know that ..."
Katherine ate leisurely, looking at Ferdinand who didn't seem to be enjoying his dinner this time. .it made her think of wanting to get to know his sister and then trying to get close to her, so she could join Ferdinand to come to her apartment.
